I had breakfast here with my wife last weekend and everything went really great. Unfortunately there was a small hair in the corn muffin I ordered as part of their 4 Square Breakfast and our waitress immediately made it right. She not only took the cost of our drinks off the cost of our bill, she gave us a holder of corn muffins to take home with us pictured here. Besides that, my wife and I enjoyed our breakfast and we let her know, and she was able to tell the staff about what happened with the muffin so that they could take measures to prevent it in the future.

I Have always loved baker square! If you stop in you definitely have to try one of their pies. I came in for the burger special- Mondays they have $5 burgers. They even come with a side! Talk about a deal!!!! You can’t even get a burger and fries at McDonald’s half the time for under $5.

This is a 5 star review specifically for our server Lia! My group of 7 came in for brunch after church and Lia was a game changer. There were a couple issues with the kitchen, but Lia went above and beyond to make sure we all left happy with delicious food in our bellies! Everyone has a bad day, but what matters is how issues are handled and Lia handled them beautifully! She wants her guests to have a good experience and her care and attention were the highlight of our visit!

I had not been here in well over 3 yrs…no real reason just just haven’t made it there. We went for breakfast. Ee had a solid breakfast…love the home fries. Our waitress was very pleasant and efficient. We did have a piece of pie and that tasted fantastic. The menu has changed since the last time I was there. I will definitely go back. We will make an effort to patronize them more as we would like this location to stay. I have an event coming up so I plan on ordering a pie

The burgers were drenched in oil, the fish dinner was a little oily too. The pie slices were not as great. It seems like the order was placed online and it sat on a counter on the pies seemed room temperature, but slightly cold.
Picking up the order the I saw the manager first who was more intent on taking out the trash (no gloves) than greeting a customer. That gave me the impression that I wasn’t welcome, no greeting means you’re not glad to see a customer, in a business environment that has choices.
That young lady that did ask to help seemed to
politely rush me off. Three meals, three desserts and one napkin each set, let’s me know that I wasn’t a priority. We tipped up front for the purpose of getting the best quality meal and service.
Unless you’re desperate don’t eat here. Applebee’s is a better alternative in the area.
The only discussion I would have is about refund. I felt it was 66.00 down the drain.

I came in and I bought some pies and the pies have never changed since I’ve been a little girl. I’ve been buying these since over 30 years. Highly recommend the banana cream the chocolate silk and also the Cassata cake beyond I love it. I think this is the only Baker Square left around in Cleveland, Ohio? Am I correct?

We had a 15-30 minute wait to be seated, with plenty of open tables, when they finally acknowledged our party of 3, it was only to tell us that they had waited to seat us until past dining room closing, so they would not serve us. We returned a week later with a coupon from a previous visit. We were required to buy a drink for “free pie day” and they waited until checkout to tell us they would not honor a $5 coupon for a party of 3. Terms on promotions stored only in servers head, NOT clearly marked.

This is a good American style Restaurant that specializes in pie for dessert. They serve breakfast all day too. The place is clean and the service is friendly and polite. The food is good. It is right across the street from Southland shopping center.
