Stopped by this Popeyes and had a really good experience. The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and the mashed potatoes were great as always. The staff was polite and worked quickly even though it was busy, and the drive-thru line moved faster than I expected. Everything I ordered was fresh and accurate. Overall, a solid location when you want tasty fried chicken without waiting too long. I’d definitely come back.

I visited Popeyes and the food was really good — the chicken was tasty and the mashed potatoes were delicious too. The only downside was how long my order took. I ordered through the drive-thru, but I had to park and wait because my food took more than 20 minutes. Overall, good food but very slow service.

This location is in National City, CA- right in the hub of ethnic Asian
food places & supermarket. A very busy store, after all it was lunchtime , and we decided we’d try the only sandwich on the menu – a crispy chicken sandwich , nice and moist chicken patty served w pickles & fresh bun. It was delicious, however, when I got halfway to the lower part of my sandwich ( it was served partially wrapped for handling) I found a long strand of dark hair stuck on the bottom, inside by the wrapper. This instantly made me sick to my stomach. I stopped eating the piece of sandwich I was holding, just ate my fries, which was tasty as well. I didn’t bother to complain to management, as I can see how busy everyone was & I’m sure that was not deliberate. Not to worry, I did enjoy this chicken sandwich & will come back here when we are on this side of town.

Usually have decent service at Popeye’s overall, but this location was off on my last visit. Ordered online and they forgot all of the sauces, didn’t have any honey for biscuits, and provided under par tenders. Was disappointed this visit.

We waited for them to help us,my personal opinion they need coordination to assist the front. Bathroom only 1 was good males Female was out of service . To clean your hands ✋️ they have out side a small sink but nothing to dryer out of paper. Overall need more attention..food was good that takes the sour of all .thanks for the cook other back also he was singing nice.

Went to this location yesterday 3/27/22 at about 10:40 am. I arrived home only to find a massive piece of hair protruding out of my sandwich. The hair was completely entwined with the pickles in my sandwich. Completely disgusting and disappointed. It is obvious that hair nets/ sanitation is not the primary concern with this location.

Grabbed some wings for my mom. The place seemed slightly disorganized but they were still quick for the order. Other people in line seemed to have complicated orders, which caused some frustration as well as an item missing, ugh.

It was unfortunate when I used the Kiosk in ordering a wrong item. I asked respectfully to void the order and they said no one knows how to void the Kiosk. There are three employees during that time and non of them knows how to do it. One of them name “Shiela” . At first I wanted to use the cashier to order and she said “use the kiosk”. Popeyes is a big company they should put someone every shift who knows how to operate if needs to correct some discrepancies. I have to order additional item and pay more. “Popeyes Plaza Bonita”.
