Their food is disgusting and too greasy. I order a taco with no cheese because I’m allergic to. But they served me a taco with cheses anyway. When I complained they refused to refund me and even kick me out when I tried to prove my point. The ladies here are rude too, two kids tried to come in for some water but they refused them. Like really? Kicking out thirsty kids? Not a place I want to go. DONT GO HERE.

Went on Veterans day and had one of their combo meals and it was delicious!!! The combo consisted of an enchilada Taco beans and rice and a salad. This is the best Jimboy’s Tacos in the Sacramento area!!! The service was excellent as well!!! I will be back soon!!!!!

Ordered food at 9:10pm. They close at 9:30pm. Right at 9:30 sharp the lady with a mask on came over to us saying they are closing and we could eat outside in the cold. We were finishing up our last few bites with mouths full of food to get out of there in a quick fashion. It was 9:34pm and she came BACK and then insisted that we got up that very moment and left. My mouth was full of my last bite and my hands were covered in grease and salsa. She didn’t care. We weren’t being disrespectful or unfair but she was on a mission to be rude to us and kick us out. She didn’t care about anything but that we left and she could get her way for some reason. This was so rude and was a despicable experience. I used to love Jimboys but will not be returning.

HORRIBLE! Jimboys has great food and came to this location to enjoy lunch. The employee in the picture sat down on their break and was literally yelling into her cell phone. Had it on speaker the whole time and so I asked if she could take it off speaker please. She ignored me then laughed and continued speaking in Spanish on her phone. It was literally louder than the music playing, and disruptive to everyone in the restaurant and she absolutely didn’t care. I’ve never seen such a disrespect for a business’s customers like this woman. I would never recommend this location to anyone. This was the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with at a restaurant. Because she refused to simply turn off the speaker phone from her conversation or go outside. Unbelievable!

Just have to say, Jimboys, all day, every day above Taco Bell. The food is real! Mildly expensive (especially this particular location) but worth it! Yep, verified again on the prices. This particular location on Arden Way is more expensive than other Jimboy’s locations. I wonder why? It’s not that big of a deal, just an observation worth sharing.
