This location is part of the Brookfield Corners Center. Parking was easy, in that they surface lot is right across the road. The inside dining area is spacious, well lit, and casual. You can either order at the Kiosk, or at the counter. First time here so we opted to order at the counter.
We had several questions about the process and options. The server did a great job of helping us out. Decided a couple of the Build-Your-Own Bowls. Their are plenty of options when you do this, beginning with the 6 base choices (mixed greens, rice, quinoa, etc). Then the proteins, sauces, add-ins, and topping. There is something for everyone.
They give you a number and you wait at one of the open tables. Afte a short wait, the server brought our bowls. They looked and tasted super fresh. Lots of great textures and flavors. There was enough left over for another meal (we added some chicken the next day). I thought it was a very good value.
Would definitely come back again.
The strong team of 2-3 employees performed like clockwork – even making sure to QC the orders upon completion.
2-star atmosphere because of horrendous stench inside restaurant that permeates to the apartment complex entrance. I’m sure there is little that can be done to change or prevent this. Personally, I have great difficulty dining or even just standing in this environment.
Looking forward to receiving this convenience again!! Way to go guys!
Ofc when in a shared kitchen there are chances for cross contamination but the kitchen takes steps to avoid. They will use ingredients under the counter for gluten free orders instead of the normal bins on the counter.
Both my mom and I had a gluten free bowl and neither one of us are sick. I’ll for sure come back again.
No more brussel sprouts, not even by request the restaurant just got rid of them. Instead now they put broccoli, guess what I don’t like broccoli.
And there was no other substitution so I had them put an extra serving of sweet potato. Needless to say it looked like one portion of potatoes not two. The brussel sprouts what really filled up the bowl, but now that it’s not available the bowl is very lacking. Most definitely not worth $20 they’re going to have to bring their price point down.
For about $15 I can make the same bowl next door at sweetgrass and get a lot more add-ins for the price.
I’m pretty sure this is the last time I will be ordering from Fresh Finn since there’s nothing else I like and the only thing I did like was altered and ruined.
I also think the salmon come in different sizes this piece seem to be smaller than the one I had the time before. I recommend ordering two pieces because one is not filling. I would like to acknowledge that the salmon was cooked perfect! And was absolutely delicious
Thank goodness I ordered fried onion topping because the green scallion topping was non-existent.
I want to update this because the review above is from over a year ago!! So, today I went 4/2/25 and it is STILL delicious AND they added wraps! Great decision there. I got a spicy tuna wrap and it was soo good, I was getting so full, but I finished it because whoever made it, knows what they’re doing! Thank you for making great food.
