I ordered at a kiosk. The kiosk did not have paper. I put the number like the kiosk indicated, and waited for at least 20 minutes for a coffee. After waiting for 20 minutes, I respectfully asked the cashier for an update on my coffee and to my surprise they knew nothing about my order the cashier asked if I had a receipt at first then as though he realized that the kiosk did not have paper to print receipts and that I was holding a plastic number indicator he proceeded to ask for what size coffee I ordered, but because there was no paper in their kiosk to show what size I had, I struggled to explain to them that I only ordered a regular coffee, obviously not knowing what sizes they have, least to say the cashier was very condescending of the fact that I did not know the sizes they have raising his hand in an upward gesture. I told him “ I don’t know. I just ordered the smallest size” He begrudgingly gave me my order and I cordially greeted him merry Christmas. I gave them no attitude to deserve this disrespect. I waited patiently for an extended period of time just be treated with condescension. it was a generally frustrating experience on Christmas Day.

This location lives up to the McDonalds name. The food is consistent, fast and the employees always friendly. The reason for the review is that I just ordered from here and it was raining outside. From the drive thru window, you could see water pouring in through the roof right into the kitchen. Not okay!! What is the owner doing to fix that roof?! Those poor employees!
So, Mr. McDonalds franchise owner, get that damn roof fixed. That disgusting and definitely not up to code.

Look, this is just you typical McDonald’s. However, a few of their staff here really goes out of there way to accommodate you. I’ve gotten alot of my orders wrong but these employees are trying their best with an amazing attitude. Thanks for putting a smile on me as well.

This place is close to my house and always treats me good. Staff on both drive thru and dine in are nice and accommodating. I mostly order on the mcd app and my food comes pretty fresh most of the time. Drive thru line does get pretty long at times, but most McDonald’s are like that anyway.

Beautiful and clean inside. They were short staffed when I went and left my order sitting behind the register instead of bringing it to our table because they were more preoccupied with the drive thru. I had to say something before the lady handed us the tray that had been sitting there for 10 min. I thought maybe it needed 1 more item, but nope….everything was there.
