My husband ordered and paid at the drive through, and then waited 25 minutes in line for them to tell him that they don’t have roast beef!! That was when they just opened as he went at 11:05! How are they out of their signature meat for the day before it even starts?! Not even positive it’ll go back on our credit card because we did not want anything else, and why 25 minutes in line? We’ve heard other complaints so not sure how you can even stay open?!! Zero rating if it would let me, and if we could give a negative rating we would!!!

Ordered some food for delivery because I’m too sick to go out. A sandwich was missing and they didn’t even put forks for the Mac n cheese, a straw for the drink, and no Arby’s sauce even though it was listed on my order because you know everyone just loves dry meat and bread for $6.19 each.

Woah do not eat here. Food lying around on the floor with empty boxes Frozen food left in open bags on the counter Both the counter worker and the manager on duty passed the buck and made excuses. I waited behind a vehicle that already got their food for 15 minutes while the driver chatted with the drive thru attendant. When I got my food it was stone cold and soggy. And when I commented on it, the next employee told me its OK, your order just got finished. I know for a fact thats a lie because there’s no possible way for it to be soggy cold garbage 45 seconds after it was made. Just a bunch of lasers working there.

We went through the drive through. The lady at the window had such a horrible attitude. Didn’t tell me what my total cost was and didn’t say anything what so ever. She slammed her window door so hard for no reason. She was just rude in general. The drinks were watery and the food was cold. Not very good in general and I personally love Arby’s but this go round sucked.

My Philly was cold, cheese didn’t even think about melting. I’m pretty sure the fire roasted peppers will give me instant cancer the juice from them was so black. The fries tasted like they were put in old oil. Overall very unimpressed.
