Great service and delicious food as always!
The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The pho broth is rich and comforting, with generous portions and quality ingredients. Everything we’ve tried has been well prepared and satisfying.
The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean and relaxed, making it a great spot for both dine-in and takeout. You can really tell they take pride in their food and customer service.
If you’re looking for a reliable place for authentic, comforting Vietnamese food in Mill Woods, Pho Hoan is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

My friend and I ordered the house pho and the satay. The satay was very good with a nice spice level, but if you’re not into a tomato-forward flavor, stick with the house pho. The broth is the star—rich, fatty, full of marrow, not too salty, with great mouthfeel. The meat was tender and velvety. The noodles weren’t undercooked or hard, but they did fall apart a bit and didn’t hold their length—possibly because we came right at opening. The veggies and chili oil on the table were super fresh and crunchy. The pandan tea was excellent and very soothing. The Vietnamese coffee had great flavor but was a bit too sweet. Service was attentive and friendly. Portions are generous; a large is plenty. I’d recommend ordering a small with extra meat and extra green onions.

I’ve been coming here for the last year and when I tell you this is the best pho in the city. I truly love this location and the staff is so kind and always welcoming. When I order takeout, the food is just as good as when I have it in the restaurant. The spicy beef satay noodle soup is my go to and the green onion cakes are so good! Thank you for always serving us with impeccable food!

I called in to order, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and hard to understand. I said what I wanted (shrimp salad rolls and an order of chicken and spring roll vermicelli) and she asked “what bun you want” so I explained again what I wanted. Then she said “I give you number 10 and number 97” like I’m supposed to understand what that meant. I was driving at the time, I don’t have a menu in front of me, I was calling in my order on my way to Edmonton. So I said again what I wanted hoping she would understand then I thought she asked me what time to pick up so I said 30 minutes and she seemed mad about that then yelled millwoods. Like yes…I called the millwoods store. The entire ordeal was frustrating and confusing so I just hoped I would get the right order. When I picked it up it was the same lady who was on the phone and she was so rude. I asked for hoison sauce, sirracha and the chili sauce, she felt the need to correct me and said “chili oil” …I was so polite the entire time and all I received was rudeness. My food was being kept behind the counter not hot, when I received it everything was cold and needed to be warmed up, not sure if it’s even safe to eat. They aren’t adhering to the required hot holding temperatures. I usually go to the Ellerslie location where people are a lot nicer, food is better and you don’t get overcharged….she didn’t give me a receipt and charged me $25 which is more than the menu price.

My favorite pho in the city! Can always count that any of the items on the menu are gonna be good. Go-tos are usually 2. And their wonton shrimp noodle soup was fantastic! A thing to note is that the place is a bit more run down and older but it looks clean enough and overall still my go to pho place

I have been coming here for years. They started the first restaurant by Kingsway and now they have been extending to many places. I love their phone. Felt home cook meals. We ordered the Bun Bo Hue, spicy satay rare beef pho, chicken vermicelli, beef stew with egg noodles, chicken salad rolls. They were all very delicious and yummy

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I have to say I was not impressed. The food portion size was disappointing, especially considering the price. I ordered a large pho, but the amount of noodles definitely didn’t match what you’d expect for a large bowl. Throughout the meal, no one checked on us or asked if we wanted anything else. We sat there for about 15 minutes before a waiter finally came by just to offer water. It really feels like restaurants nowadays are becoming lazy, and the customer service here reflected that.

Okay so it was my first time here and I was really nervous because the one in Manning that just opened is a one star. Best places owned by Vietnamese people and I can tell the difference because it is very delicious. The satay pho slapped so hard. The actual meat quality was delicious. Definitely recommend this location

The place is quite busy and the service is very fast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu offers a decent selection and is quite traditional. Apart for 2 items the place lacks good vegetarian options; however, their bubble tea is quite good! I would recommend this place, If you are looking for Vietnamese food at a decent price and fast service
