Wouldn’t even give this restaurant a one star.
As I Pull up to the drive thru. Nobody answers.
I called the store to see if they were even open. I went to pull out and what do you know the lady is getting it on with the person in the car at the drive thru. 15 minutes go by couldn’t even leave because I was blocked in at the drive thru. I tell the lady I had been waiting for a while and nobody said anything can I place my order at the window. She literally made me go around and wait back in line. so unprofessional.

Ordered from this place, my order came like this also paid for my drinks and I didn’t receive them. I also ordered light tomato’s in my Crunchwrap when I first bit into it all I tasted was tomato’s. I can say I’ve worked at a Taco Bell and I have never made someone’s order like this .

If you don’t like your job quit if you don’t want to take pride in your work and service quit. Paying customers shouldn’t have to deal with attitude from staff just for asking questions. If you can’t make someone meal correctly quit if you have to make it with attitude quit if you can’t make the presentation look good and feel you have to throw it together and shove it a box quit. I am telling you if I could give zero I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACOBELL EVER. They will have you waiting for forever. Literally 1hour + for 1 item and you cant leave the line. The managers are rude. Worst experience ever. Oh and also when i called why is it taking so long they said because they are closing in 15mins mind you there has not been one order out of the window since I arrived ONE HOUR AGO and theres THREE CARS IN FRONT OF ME AND THREE BEHIND. I bought 3 crunchy tacos with just meat. My daughter said there is something wrong with the tacos. They stink and taste like mold or some thing. The shells changed the taste on the meat too. Wasn’t fresh at all. Wasted money. No receipt. Had to get her back to school. A shame because the shells weren’t broken for a change.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. Had a DoorDash order told me it was going to be 15-20 minutes for a shift change. Employees standing around talking instead of taking care of the long line that’s going into the main road!
