Melissa needs training or replaced! It took us a 30 min. Wait on an order while she quoted employee dating to a dasher. Maybe getting our order correct in a timely fashion would have been time well spent?
Drive through and dash orders were being filled first, not ours! I ordered a burger with bacon and trimmings and got a big mac and lettuce!!
The 30 min wait in a fast food resteraunt along with the free employee training offered, was absolutely horrible!!

Placed a pick up order, got there. Was told to pull up, ok that’s fine. Waited 20 minutes, went inside. They said it’ll be a minute. 10 minutes latter they handed a completely wrong order. Pretty sure it wasn’t even mine. Told them, they said they’ll fix it. 15 minutes later, they came out to tell me they can’t fix it because they stop serving breakfast in 5 minutes. It’s 2 breakfast sandwich’s and a coffee. They weren’t even able to make the coffee. I asked for a full refund, they refused saying it was essentially my fault for placing the order “after” breakfast time and they couldn’t refund me for my mistake.

Kudos to whoever hired Jackson. Hes always professional and seems to love his job. My kids and I come here once a week after school. Its been a long time since we’ve jad customer service like this. If there were another way to brag other than Google id like to know. He certainly is going above and beyond. Thank you Jackson for making a difference. I hope it pays off for you some day!

My coffee was great an I love my coffee service wasn’t bad it was pretty fast. Kids enjoyed the play place it was very clean no complaints other then for was not fresh an the place itself was freezing!

This is absolutely ridiculous for a two dollar DoorDash delivery. I have now been sitting here waiting for over 30 minutes watching only two employees standing around barely working and making sure everybody in the drive-through gets out while I am waiting for an order and they’re busy snacking on other orders that apparently dropped..
One of the many reasons why I refuse to come here to actually eat..

It’s Christmas. It’s 70 degrees. I accidentally selected in-store pickup instead of drive-thru. The drive-thru was empty. The parking lot was a Mad Max sequel featuring semi trucks and holiday desperation.
I was still told to come inside.
Did I survive? Yes.
Did it feel unnecessary? Also yes.

Always get pulled forward for a quarter pounder and I have to wait 15 minutes for it to Brought out meanwhile it only takes 120 seconds for them to cook the meat fresh And there are several cars that just keep going through the drive-through meanwhile, there are several cars backed up, pulled forward and like this for years and my order, 8 out of 10 times is wrong

Employees need to keep their opinions on people’s children to themselves. Yes My kids went straight to the play place and his comment was not necessary. We had been driving for several hours and stopped to eat. They wanted to get their energy out. Tell your employees to keep their mouths shut about people’s kids. They dont know anything about the customers that come in or where they are coming from.
