This location has gone down hill in the last year or so. The mobile order stall check ins almost NEVER work. The employees are so rude and straight up ignore you when you clearly need help. The sonic blasts are such a waste now. They mix your toppings (Oreo, reeses, cookie dough, etc) in the top 1/4 of the cup and then the remainder is just vanilla ice cream. Save your money and go across the street to Culvers where you’re respected as a patron, and your food is prepared appropriately.

Came here for a snack after a long day with my girlfriend, we got corn dogs, mozzarella sticks, and a pretzel all the food came out so fresh and it tasted great I was honestly surprised, we came and parked next door and ate in the parking lot

Had use the drive thru. Usually I always order on line wouldn’t allow me maybe because it was 1am . Well went to the drive-thru ordered my food and waited after 4 cars!! only for them to tell me they dont take tap pay, which is weird they have the machine on the window which I asked her about . She just said the machine has never worked like I was supposed to know already. I let her know I didn’t have my wallet and and usually order on the app and pay online. A sign would be nice before waiting in line all that time for nothing!! Disappointed drove 15 min for nothing

My coworkers and I ate a late lunch here the food was delivered fast and was made well, sadly the restroom was out of order and I had to go next door. In addition the coka cola i ordered came filled to the top with ice and I was denied a refill despite not having any signs stating no refills. I work in the heat and that ice cold cola was heavenly, if only I could have had a refill to drive back to the shop with.

I’ve watched this store slowly decline over the last 6 months. I’m a DoorDash driver. You guys would seal the bags and attach the receipts to them. I just requested one of the employees to do that for me, he looked at me like I was stupid, went back inside, came back out and shoved it in my face without a word. I said thank you, then looked at it. All he did was leave the bag folded over, at least he attached the receipt to the bag, but wow… The customer service? Horrendous. I will absolutely be telling people I know to avoid this location and I will never order here again.

Great fast food for a quick bite. My son loves there corn dogs and there less than two dollars!
Plenty of parking, food always fresh. You can order at the car drive parking, drive through or outside at the picnic table area. Way to go Sonic!

I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not very busy. All the food we ordered was hot (temperature wise) and very good. I love their pretzel and their ice used for their drinks. They have sugar free syrups to add to your drink.
We had everything we need, including condiments. Usually places forget marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks but we got that and the cheese sauce for the pretzel.

The new special sounded so great and this place is right by my house. I rarely do reviews and actually work in a sales industry but this was unacceptable. Waited 30 mins in front of the drive thru window to receive a complete burnt mess with nothing advertised. The meat curled up after being burnt and then smothered in BBQ- just crazy 🙁 – seems to me like the kitchen staff needs training.

Food was great! I had the grills double and it was a pickle lovers dream. My husband I shared that burger while he had the sonic smasher to himself. He says it was hot & tasty. Very cheesy bites & his lettuce was crisp. Our only reason for marking down on service was because we sat outside waiting for some one to notice us for 10 mins due to their app not allowing us to register our arrival . Employees kept passing us when we were trying to wave them down until finally my husband had to walk to the door and tap on the glass. Seems like a minor inconvenience but it’s 112 out today. The 2 route 44 waters were definitely needed.

At 3 am it was busy with a few people. The car in front of me placed a $60 order and I was nervous because I was waiting for a doordash delivery. Nick was efficient in helping the customer waiting, as well as getting my delivery ready very quickly. Kudos to the night team, that handles random orders and cravings so early in the morning!
