I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this Zaxby’s location. The staff member taking my order was dismissive when I politely asked to confirm that I wanted extra seasoning on my fries. When I reached the window to pay, I later realized my fries did not have the extra seasoning as requested, and I had to drive back around to address the mistake.
Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the employee handed me a very small amount of seasoning from her pocket and then abruptly slammed the drive-thru window. The interaction felt rude and unwelcoming.
I understand that mistakes happen, but customer service and professionalism should still be a priority. If this level of service continues, I will reconsider spending my money at Zaxby’s in the future.

I went to zaxbys and was immediately greeted by someone Named Jenise ! She was super friendly and told me about a game they were having to win a Zaxs Pack ! I was interested so I played and won !!! Just wanted to say thanks for the fun experience you all provided it was fun and I will definitely be back !

I walked into Zaxby’s to be greeted by the very friendly and kind Ms Anna as my cashier. She took my order with ease and as I was paying we talked about hot sauce. Not even a few minutes later my food came out, never have I seen food come out that fast. I was impressed! The staff at this location are super efficient and nice! Well done! Will definitely come back here again. 10/10

Listen. I don’t know what kind of sorcery Anna H. is working with at Zaxby’s, but I walked in expecting chicken and left feeling emotionally supported. She greeted us like we were long-lost cousins returning from war. Our food? Out faster than my last situationship ended—and it was piping hot and fresh like it just graduated culinary school with honors. THEN she hand-delivered it to our table like a majestic chicken-bearing angel descending from the heavens. We asked for extra sauce, napkins, possibly emotional healing—and she delivered, with a smile so genuine I almost cried into my Texas toast.
This woman isn’t just an employee. She’s a hospitality icon. A legend. Give her a raise, a crown, and maybe a spin-off franchise called “Anna’s Zax-perience.”

The food was pretty average, not sure if it was this location or if it is overall for the chain. It did meet the needs for a quick later night meal. Staff was very friendly and helpful however. Also recommend more as a to go rather than a dine in.

Ordered DoorDash with 4 different combo meals. I was missing 3 drinks, a whole meal, and the drinks they did give the delivery driver were nasty. The 3 slider meal was dry, the 3 piece tender meal had burnt toast, my 4 piece tender meal also had burnt toast. All of my fries were cold so idk if that was from the delivery or if the meal itself was just that bad. Thankfully I was able to report to DoorDash and get a refund but overall quite disappointed.

Used the app to order the snack pack that included two larger fries. Once I opened the box, neither fry box was filled to even half way. It looks like someone stuck their hands in the fries and whatever they could grab was the “large” I was entitled to today? I’m extremely disappointed that there wasn’t a leader on staff that could have caught this before it was given out as the quality of work this crew produces. Purchased 12.21.24 at 10:08pm.

Ordered through Uber, received basically nothing from our order. No help from the store regarding possibly resending the missing food. I don’t understand how someone could read an order, and only send one thing. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Order the Chicken Fingerz Zac Packz. It was a great value for the amount of food. As other comments said, the fry sides seemed a little small for the box, but it was still plenty of food to feed a family of 4. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was overall pretty clean. That place to stop for a quick meal!
