Your app is trash. Every time I try to use it it won’t let me log in. You shoot this thing that says hey come have Sonic for your discounted food items. Go to have dinner here and the app don’t work. My phone number is not changed in a decade. Still the same phone number but yet your app gives me trouble every time I use it. I don’t know if I’ll be eating at Sonic anytime in the near future. Thank you guys for not allowing your employees to honor your discounts. May your leadership change eventually before you end up like some of the other establishments that are no longer in business because you have potential with the quality of your food but man alive. I sat at the window over 20 minutes, trying to order food no service so I went over to the parking lot and press the little red button trying to get service for 20 more minutes. Still no service I called sonic asked them if anyone was working the window because there was a total of four people outside ordering food, including me And the woman had the audacity to tell me to wait. This place had really great food and the prices were far beyond reasonable for what you get. That’s one of the reasons I love going here to eat. The service is always great too. Been here a couple of times and I don’t think that I’ve ever gotten a rude attendant or anything. That says a lot about a place when it takes care of their customers like that. Great desserts as well. Tried the Oreo Cheesecake Shake and it was unbelievable how great it was. I think I may have found a new favorite milkshake!!

This is the second time within 6 months that my daughter ended up throwing away the milk shake because it tasted like gasoline! I called when I got home from the drive thru to tell them that something was wrong with their shake machine and got hung up on not once but 3 times.

I ordered a handmade chocolate shake which came to my doordash customer melted in liquid form. When I asked the employee why it was liquid and if you could remake it. He told me their machine was down and he could not do anything about it and gave me the chocolate shake to give to the customer

If you are looking for something not too big of a meal and you just want a snack I would recommend the chili cheese tots so if you like chili, cheese, and tater tots then it should be pretty good

The food is always really good and most of the people are friendly but I’ve been late coming feom from an hour long lunch where I work just across the way because it takes so long to get anything. I’ve sat in the drive through or the park and order spots for sometimes 10 minutes before im even acknowledged and then another 15-20 minutes for your food.
