We had three trays, the one in the picture was supposed to have double nuggets but only had one order, that nugget in the tortilla is my ‘chicken wrap,’ and they got one of the sandwiches wrong. It was supposed to be a chicken sandwich and burger but we got two burgers.

This food is amazingly delicious. I liked how you can choose your own drinks and all, clean restrooms too. But I think they put too much liquid strawberry on my cheesecake, though!

This is a college town Cookout! Maybe the workers should take that into consideration when kids are looking for a late meal. Unable to go to campus dining due to classes and a late rehearsal for dance. My daughter was treated with total disrespect. The worker upset her so bad that she couldn’t even breathe and left with NO food. All she wanted was a meal. Demeaned her. Totally disgusting! Where is the customer service? It’s sad this is another “real life” reality check. I hope you’re happy Ms. Cookout worker. You succeeded. You win. I hope you can look at yourself in the mirror. You have no idea what someone is going through and treating others so bad must just make you feel better about yourself.

My girlfriend and I both ordered chicken quesadillas from this location, it’s the only thing we’ve eaten today, and both ended up with food poisoning. The workers were nice, but something is definitely not right with the food.

Place used to be great and always had my order correct. After forgetting my fries once, they added them in and they were very raw, crunchy inside. After waiting 7 minutes getting them replaced they are still wrong. It’s just an order of Cajun cheese fries. No Cajun, and hardly done again. All I really wanted was the fries honestly, the rest of my food and milkshake are cold/bad now anyway. Won’t bother eating here again. Throwing it in the trash. Waste of money.

This is unacceptable. $3.39 for a order of these supposed white cheddar bites. How could you feel comfortable serving this to someone? They are so hard, dry and old. The cheese is nowhere to be found. Please do better.

Zena was so pleasing while explaining the menu to me.
She took our order then got busy in the kitchen while still running to the register to meet each new customer walking in the doors.
Zena stayed busy the entire 39 minutes we were there. We watched as 4 other workers came out to the lobby n stood around doing nothing.

Went to get a milk shake and fries. When we got the fries they were mushy, and we ask for some salt, she handed us pepper. We gave it back to her and in a sarcastic tone said “ We don’t have salt.”our milkshake were so thin it was like having a glass of milk with fruit in it, We will not waste our money there again

Delicious food at a GREAT price! When I was asked what sides I wanted, the young man immediately gave me suggestions… Something I never would have ordered, but I did because he suggested it. Let me tell you, “Walking Tacos” are my new favorite!! Everything came out hot and delicious
