Had such a great date night at Red Robin with wifey! Everything we ordered was absolutely on point.
The ribs were tender, juicy, and falling right off the bone with that sweet and smoky glaze. The fried shrimp were crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside, and paired so well with the dipping sauce.
The avocado burger was a standout—fresh, creamy avocado with a thick, flavorful patty that made every bite satisfying. And of course, you can’t go wrong with their bottomless fries!
To top it all off, the cookies and cream milkshake was rich, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Thick enough to feel indulgent but smooth enough to sip without a struggle.
Great food, generous portions, and a fun, relaxed vibe—definitely one of those spots that makes you leave full and happy.

I want to let management know the horrible experience we had tonight .
First I would like to say that times are hard for EVERYONE, eating out isn’t a every day thing most families are doing especially during the holidays. So when we decided to eat out on sunday and choose Red Robbin to spend our hard earned money and get a subpar experience with no apologies is very disheartening. Our server was fine . We waited for our appetizer for a VERY long time, enough to make the server say ” i apologize for the delay, my manager will be out soon ” which is fine but before he said that he had put down TWO basket of fries to the table next to us, when they got there AFTER us …he could have given us one to hold us over . Fast forward a couple mins later a different man came out with our appetizer and plates, he didnt introduce himself nor apologize but just put our food down and walked away. We guessed that was the manager . The next thing would be my husband’s side order of broccoli, black / moldy patches all over it . We showed our server and HE apologized and said he would have the manager come out and talk to us about it, i asked for a to go for my food also. So the other man who we assumed is the manager came out and brought me my order of fries I ordered and AGAIN said nothing except for ” there you go” and walked away . VERY DISAPPOINTING. I just had the absolute best experience at Red Robin thanks to Derek, our server, and his manager. Derek was phenomenal from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. He anticipated our needs, checked in at the right times without hovering, and made the whole meal more enjoyable. His manager was equally impressive, leading by example and showing the kind of professionalism and warmth that makes a huge difference. Together they created one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Both men deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Red Robin is lucky to have them!

I love Red Robin’s however ordering through their online website can be hit or miss. I received my chicken with the salsa dumped over top. I was also missing my broccoli from my order. Staff was very quick to help rectify the issue and gave a refund. I think I’ll just stick to in person instead of ordering online.

Got a whiskey burger and it was brought out as a cheeseburger nothing on it but lettuce. When the manager even served it to me she said who got the cheeseburger? I said no I got a whiskey burger she said oh yeah my bad. There was no sauce on it at all. Our waitress took it back and the manager brought it back saying the sauce was u see the cheese I picked up the cheese there was no sauce. She said well we can go add more or make a new one. I said just forget it and refuse to eat there. Then all our drink went dry. Finally the manager comes out and refills them. We were never asked for any endless refills of fries nothing. I do not recommend eating her.spend your money elsewhere.

The sodas were 3.59 EACH. RIDICULOUS. That is literally MORE EXPENSIVE than DISNEY WORLD. Didn’t even get refills. Mediocre all around, won’t be coming back.

Got sodas, burgers, side salads, and fried pickles app. The pickles were sub par, much better to get them at Texas Roadhouse. Barely tasted like pickles? The burger patty on both our sandwiches were unseasoned. Food overall bland. Side salad had a ton of dressing on it. Too dark in the restaurant. I saw someone else had ordered a giant margarita and left it nearly full. I didn’t get any alcohol, but that is a bad sign.

Service was slow. Our server was very nice but I’m sorry we should not be waiting 30 min for a couple burgers in a restaurant that isn’t even 30% full. Probably a kitchen problem, but I also overheard two servers loudly complaining about their coworkers in the dining room. I hope our server finds a better job, she doesn’t deserve to be there.

Bathrooms are desperate for an update. It is 2025, why am I still touching the manual handle for water on the sink in the bathroom of a multimillion dollar chain restaurant?! The counters and tile all need to be replaced. Smells musty in there and weird dark stains all over.

Used to love Red Robin, but the charm I saw as a child has faded. Could’ve had a top tier dinner for 20% less at my all time fav, Texas Roadhouse <3.

Ridiculously long wait time. After sitting at my table for more than ten minutes and not even getting a glass of water, not to mention being asked what I wanted to order, I left. No, the restaurant was not overcrowded. It was almost empty. No wonder!

This is my first time at this particular Red Robin. I got off work and wanted a quick bite to eat with my family. I ordered the Jalapeño Burger with the garlic fries. I absolutely loved the garlic fries and the jalapeño burger had a kick to it. My family members ordered the mushroom Swiss & the lava queso. They both enjoyed it. However, he wished that the lava queso did not have that much sauce when trying to take a bite. Overall, I enjoyed my meal!

Food was hot and delicious. We got the shrimp appetizer and it was on a bed of potato chips that tasted burnt. The shrimp were delicious. I got the chicken sandwich with avocado and it was wonderful. The food is good but so expensive. Lunch shouldn’t cost $70 for 2 people when all we got were sandwiches and one appetizer.

This was my first time at any Red Robin. I was in the mood for a cheeseburger, I was in the area so I paid a visit. I was very pleased with such an inviting atmosphere. I was a party of 1 because I dont like taking tables from the wait staff that can serve larger parties so I sat in the bar area. Right away Brooke was right there! And then, shall I say, switching of the guards, in comes Edee! Those two work together like a well-oiled machine…took care of me along with all the tables while getting drinks for the other staff in the dining room. They never skipped a beat! Continually checking in on me when they didnt have to. And thats really hard to find anymore. I so appreciated that.
Then there was Derrick. Let’s just say, you want to be in his section. He will definitely brighten your day!
However, I should have ordered my burger med rare, a little overcooked to my liking but it was good. Everything was to order. Otherwise all in all I was really surprised by everything, I will be back! Oh and the kiosks on the tables are really convenient. Thank you!
