It was a dispute that I absolutely hate. I ordered something on the McDonald’s app and the delivery person took it to the wrong location, tried to give me someone elses food. They couldn’t speak English so it was a nightmare to communicate. Then now McDonald’s tells me that I’d have to contact Door Dash who they supposedly partner with to make a complaint and Door Dash blames it on McDonald’s and I wasn’t reimbursed for my meal or anything! McDonald’s partnering with delivery door dash is trash!

I never write a bad review and really takes a lot for me to do so. Today I have to after giving this location MULTIPLE chances. They really must be some challenging individuals working there because the order is always wrong. I hate to have to go back and let them know they messed up and not to mention what an inconvenience it is but I have had it there. You guys need to get it together. I rather drive 15 minutes farther to a busier McDonald’s that have to deal with the McDonald’s down the street and have another headache of idiots getting my order wrong AGAIN. Get it together.

I mean not be a Karen … but this McDonald’s is dirty … I told the manager the lobby needed attention and he said he’d sent someone since they were very busy . It was nasty. 20mins later the employee came and just picked some stuff . Not cleaned wiped the table at all.

I literally had a girl yesterday leave me in the McDonald’s parking lot for a burger. I went inside and all she said, was here and walked away, and then I called her and told her to call your manager, and I asked for her manager I explained the situation I was mad so I was shaking and crying and he was like well. Here’s your burger now, ma’am I’m not sure what else to do like he didn’t even care the way that his employee treated me. He did say sorry but it seemed like he didn’t understand the full scope on how rude she was being towards me, leaving me outside to wait, and then she doesn’t even apologize to me about leaving me and my family and sick son outside in the car.

They are great at getting your order wrong and they take forever when it was not even rush hour. The meat was burned in the burger I did not even order. And is there a shortage on fries? Ordered a large amd they filled it like a happy meal order!

Not for less the worst and dirty McDonald’s ever. Customer Service is really bad. Ladies at the counter just walking by and not taking orders, not even a greeting gesture.
There is a playground for the kids, but I’ll consider twice to let your kids play. I believe they don’t sanitize the area.

The worst McDonald’s in all of El Paso, TX. Save yourself some trouble and time and go somewhere else! Their employee Chelsea, a young girl, is extremely rude and lacks even a speck of customer service skills. I’ve done surveys in the past to express their lack of professionalism and order accuracy but they just don’t care. Sadly good customer service is a thing of the past!

I order food with no cheese. They verify that it in fact, has no cheese. They give me cheese anyway. I try to call them to let them know I have a dairy allergy and they gave me cheese. They don’t answer. 7 calls later and still no answer. Whoever is in charge needs to make sure they’re checking each order before it goes out. It’s not hard. Why make it hard?

Starting off McDonald’s was my go to for breakfast but after covid I don’t know what happened but I wasn’t feeling it anymore I’m starting to like it again so I went on a trip to Arizona got some breakfast I’m sorry to say the hasbrowns were terrible they were overcooked broke apart like cookies the worst part didn’t get our creams and sugars so tonight I’m back home stop at McDonald’s for dinner get order drive home and there was items missing oh no not again so we call and the young lady a manager named Isabella took care of us and made it right I’ve always eaten at McDonald’s I’ve never had any issues maybe a missing ketchup I just want to commend your maneger
