When are the better places to go if you’re on a budget. Most of the selections are really tasty. Only complaint I have is with the little cinnamon bun thingies, not a personal favorite. Everything else is pretty good and perfect for a great meal on the run!

Every single time I go to this location and order a burger without the bun I specifically ask for the condiments. For some reason they never ever put the mayo, ketchup, or mustard on the burger or even as packets in the bag.
It does not matter how you word it, how you ask, if you verify that it comes with it or not. They will tell you that it comes with it and that they will put it on there, and then they won’t.
The best part of the experience is half of the time the fries are hot and great, half of the time the fries will be old and basically inedible. The gambler in me loves those odds.
Just never bet on there being mayo on their “low carb” burger, even if you specify and get them to promise that there will be. It just wont happen.

Guy with goatee/beard was chill. I’ve had bad luck with my orders at this location but my burger absolutely slapped tonight, fries were nice and salty too. Everything perfectly cooked. I believe he was the burger king. give that man a promotion or raise asap

I got the $4.99 double cheese burger meal deal. I was very surprised that the drink that came with it was super small. Then, the coke mix was terrible. More soda water then coke syrup, so it didn’t taste good. The burger was pretty good.

I ordered a crispy onion whopper with Have-sies (fries and onion rings). The food was tasty, but the real highlight was the service. Brittany was so welcoming and friendly, both when I walked into the restaurant and while I was ordering. She gave me great suggestions for food to order, and the meal was ready promptly. The tables were clean, and the staff checked in on me a few times to make sure I was enjoying the food, since I stayed for a while to complete a work email.
I also saw Brittany interact with many other people in the same positive, friendly way during my time at Burger King. A man brought his elderly disabled wife in a wheelchair to enjoy a meal there for her birthday, and Brittany visited with them and laughed with them, learned it was her birthday, and did everything she could to help them feel welcome and special. I could tell she made this lady’s day!

I will never go back to this particular Burger King. I ordered 2 fries and 2 shakes. I was given the fries at the window and then was told to move up while they made the shakes. I had to wait until every customer got served. Everyone came and went while I was sitting there. Finally I got out of my truck and went in. The manager goes, oh I’m making your shakes right now. I complained that the fries were now cold. He said sorry, we got busy. It took him less than one minute to fix the shakes. I said why did I have to wait so long when the shakes were done so quickly. The manager told me not to come back to his store again! As if I would. Worse customer service ever!

The service and altogether atmosphere was wonderful so I was expecting the food to be fairly decent. However I placed an order to go when I got back to eat my food my order was wrong. They replaced it gracefully and I was satisfied…. Or so I thought. I once again went to enjoy my food only to find that the mozzarella sticks I was craving so badly and finally got were rock solid! The cheese in the middle was so over cooked I threw away the food and cut my loss.

Quite possibly the worst fast food place I’ve visited. Instead of a warmer, my kids food sat on the counter, nobody communicated to each other or to the lobby of people waiting. They moved like they were just trying to pass time. The manager was on his cell phone in the drive though rather than being a manager and helping delegate his team to clear their fill order screens. Pitiful.

I was given a COLD whopper at the drive-thru. They were apparently trying for quick service but didn’t bother to check if pre prepared food was still good. Lesson: always customize something on your burger or you get garbage.

We just ordered food from this location. Not only was service slow (and business was slow so there was no excuse or reason) the food came out with cold burgers and Luke warm fries and chicken nuggets, and the didn’t even give us any straws. This isn’t the first time either. Hands down awful service people need to be retrained!
