My family and I spent father’s day at wild adventures, and happened upon this place. We were in, placed our order and was immediately served our food. Miss. Amber was such a joy to talk to, and she spoke to my little ones like she’s known them all their lives! What a sweet, sweet lady! We also encountered Sin and Darryl during our visit. These two were so courteous, and attentive.
This was my first visit in almost 30 years, and I can’t say enough about the incredible staff. We grabbed season passes, and can’t wait to visit again!

Literally staff member sitting on the ground in the corner behind the register as the line is out the door……..2 staff standing around doing nothing and picking up and putting down 6 pieces of dough for 7 minutes….zero production happening. Where is a GM??

I rarely share an experience but this warranted one. If you come to Wild Adventures please be aware that this is the only establishment that serves wine and beer and it is atrocious! For awareness all they serve are pretzels, corn, soda and beer/wine. Despite the pretzels, corn and cheese basically already being made it still took over a hour to get two beers and a pretzle. The soda is self service to boot. Sadly the ONLY reason it ONLY took an hour is that more half the people in line give up and leave before they can get to the counter. The staff just didn’t care and Wild Adventures management was non-existent.

But with honesty, the whole Wild Adventures experience was the same. Despite the lines being of reasonable length(with honesty at first I was excited seeing very short lines thinking that meant short waits), the staff and ride operators just didn’t care and moved at a pace that would make sloths and turtles complain of slow service!!! Being someone who frequents amusement parks I have a lot of patience and understanding when parks are slow due to the number of people they are trying to manage. This is not the case at Wild Adventures. The park is just poorly planned, poorly managed and poorly staffed. Do yourself a favor go to Disney, Universal, Six Flags, anywhere but here.
