Staff just walks past you standing at the counter as if you don’t exist. When I did finally get my food, it looked like it had been lazily thrown together and then kicked across the room. To top it all off my slice of tomato was actually the cut off ends of several tomatoes. Way to expensive for such poor treatment. Ngl McDonald’s has fallen off!

Gets very busy at times the food orders get mixed often. But the food is always fresh for me, and I never have encounter any attitude from staff. Bathroom smells 1000 better than the store in banning.

The staff is rude. Multiple guests walked away from the counter shaking their heads. Additionally there are 10 spaces blocked off for the mobile app and no place for dine in customers. This place needs better management.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years, and overall it’s been a good location. I’ve had far more positive experiences than negative ones, which is why this situation stood out to me.

I recently stopped by because I was craving the cookie tote and decided to order a frappe as well. I don’t usually order frappes from McDonald’s, but since I was already there, I asked if it was possible to add an extra shot of espresso and remove the whipped cream. The drive-through employee told me that adding an extra espresso shot was possible, which I appreciated.

When I tried to order the two-burger deal, I was told that it no longer existed. The drive-through menu board has been faded for months, making prices hard to read, so I trusted what I was told. After paying, I was informed that the frappe machine was down and offered an iced coffee instead. I was disappointed, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I parked as instructed and received my order shortly after.

The real issue came later. On a return visit, a different cashier told me that the two-burger deal does, in fact, still exist. By that point, I had already gone around telling people the deal was discontinued because that is exactly what I was told at this location. Finding out that this information was incorrect was frustrating and honestly embarrassing, and it affected whether I wanted to return for that order at all.

Being given information that turned out not to be true also made me question the interaction itself. I’ve never had issues at this location before, never rude, never made a scene. So why did that cashier flat out lie to me? and what was the motive? Was it because I ordered a Frappe with no whipped cream and an extra shot of espresso? I didn’t even say expreso or anything.. Why was he so bothered? And Is it possible they lied to me about the Frappe machine being down too that day? The Ice coffee was 90% ice.

This McDonald’s has a good reputation, which is why this experience was disappointing. I’m sharing this because consistency and clear communication matter, and moments like this can leave loyal customers second-guessing an otherwise solid location.

This particular location already has a substandard rating of a 3.5 on here. Really feel places like this should cut their losses and get rid of their bad workers who don’t want to do their job.

I love McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish and was really looking forward to one for dinner tonight. To say I was disappointed is an understatement, especially considering how much we pay for fast food in this state! Part of what makes the Filet-O-Fish so delish is the incredibly warm soft bun and the juiciness of the tartar sauce. The bun was hard and the sandwich was bone dry. I won’t be going back for a long time, if at all. BTW, the Filet-O-Fish is all I ever purchase.

I do not recommend this McDonald’s now or ever. Went back through the line because my meal was ice cold and for $24 I expect it to be at least at room temperature. Halfway home I decided to snack on the french fries only to discover that they had been so overly salted on purpose that they were inedible. Returning home I put the french fries in a sieve and shook the salt loose please see picture attached attached. Mcdonald’s, you have a lot of nerve charging what you do and serving disgusting food and what’s worse is hiring the warm bodies that work the drive-thru.

The ignorant manager wouldn’t give me the food I paid for because my wife ordered at home. I gave her crew member all the proper information to show I paid for my order BUT it was HER that would allow the crew member to give me what I PAID FOR. Totally unacceptable. No room for simple understanding and now my children are hungry because someone who isn’t happy with their life wants to make anyone miserable like she is. I will never come back to this location and recommend that you spend your money where they respect your business

How is that you can do a pickup order and it still takes like 30 minutes for your food to get ready? I understand if there’s a rush, but it should not take that long for a mobile order to be ready.
