Sunday March 8, 2026 before 1:45pm. Just got home from our worst Ihop experience.
I ordered breakfast for 3 of us(2 kids and 1 adult). My kids started eating their breakfast and I noticed that they were not liking it. I tasted their food and it tasted odd. My son usually finishes his pancakes but said they tasted weird this time. Both my kids on my had a couple of spoons of their food and left it there.
I ordered the big steak omlette with pancakes, and the steak was burned and hard. I only finished it cause I was hungry and dont like to just leave food there, but when I got to the pancakes, they also tasted off.
My daughter’s order was wrong, pancakes tasted weird/ not good and steak from omlette was burnt.
I brought it up to the manager and told her that their service and food has been better but for whatever the reason might of been, they dropped the ball today. I told her I wanted a discount for the meals since they were subpar.
We got a whopping 10% discount for food that my kids didnt even touch because the team at Ihop was not on their A game. To top it off, my daughter threw up in the restaurant prior to us leaving, and she told me that her stomach felt weird after eating half of one pancake.
So long story short, we will not be returning to this ihop.

I had placed an order online and when I came in they told me they were having issues with the system but that they could start my order now and it will be out in 10-15 minutes. I was empathetic to this and decided to wait in my car. After the I came in to get it and they told me it’ll be right out just to sit down for a minute. I sat there for almost 10 just to finally be told “oh we can’t make the order im sorry”. Why do the managers/franchisee not have a system in place to prevent people from waiting an hour just to get nothing? If they had told me almost 30 minutes ago they couldn’t make it then would have been fine. Instead my time was wasted.

Loved the Coraline decor! However our hostess didn’t greet us she just said how many. Our waiter was nice and he made sure to get the team to sing my sister happy birthday. The food is just okay, but thats ihop overall, it used to be better.

We ordered the sirloin steak tips and quite frankly they were HORRIBLE! They were so sweet that they didn’t taste at all like meat, it was like eating a really nasty candy. And apparently according to the manager that’s just how they’re cooked.
The eggs and hash brown were kinda okay, but the sirloin tips ruined everything else.

Our server was Jason, and he was amazing. So kind and always came to check up on us, if we needed anything. Would definitely come again, and make sure he’s our server.

Came to pick up an order employees say there isn’t any pick up orders under my name so I check my phone, and the order didn’t go through on my app. As I went to leave to actually order whichever employee I don’t know who it was there let out a laugh behind me. Definitely didn’t bother placing it after that.

I usually have no complaints but today really disappointed me.
I ordered a simple order and they messed up so bad, I order strawberry banana pancakes, 5 minutes later the chef ask if we had ordered 4 different orders, and explained everything wrong, and they got me New York cheesecake, also ordered some crepes. They took longer than 30 minutes, and when the food arrived it was not cooked well, the pancakes where soggy as they were not well done, almost raw, the crepe was just bad, not well cooked and tasted like the pan was dirty.
Won’t be going here ever again, this is bad for America.

6/5/24 – well we gave this place a try again. We had a good server and food was out in no time. Our plates were complete and not missing anything this time around. Much better service!

We tried out this iHop restaurant. Great food and wonderful service! Our servers were very friendly, helpful and attentive to us with our granddaughter. Suggested seasonal fruit to substitute eggs on a kid plate. Very helpful!

French Toast Lemon Ricotta ($11) with blackberries and a twist of lemon … very good. Recommend to eat it with bacon!!!
