It took over twenty minutes to get one taco and a crunch wrap. Not one person available to take an order. Four people got food who ordered after me. No customer service whatsoever. The inside of the building is in bad disrepair. The outside had no lights and i thought they were closed until I pulled in. I’m very glad that I am only passing through this town because I only have to be disappointed once.

AWFUL!!!!! Got 2 combos only had water and tea for drinks. Order was totally wrong missing all the extras I paid for. “Nuggets” we old as hell see the picture. Service was none existent. They could care less. Will never visit again and filing a claim with my bank to get my funds back.

I never have a problem with taco bell, the food is always good and fast. In my opinion though, it never really fills you up. However they always give you plenty of sauce, napkins, and even straws.

It took over an hour to get a meal for two in their seating area, this location obviously focuses the drive thru orders and then the to go orders. Leaving the dine in orders taking this long. Restructure of their priorities needs to take place at the manager level before I recommend dining in

Employees couldn’t be bothered to ask that question while my husband waited patiently at the counter… For 10 min… While I changed our daughter in the bathroom, nursed her, and used the bathroom myself… We had put our order in while driving to the establishment.

We waited 40 minutes in the lobby while they continued to make doordash orders that were not there. People who ordered after us got their food before us. Cooks were eating on the line while the lobby was filled with people whether they were waiting on food or waiting to order. Customer service was terrible. The whole staff needs to be fired as the lobby was disgusting too. Spent $12 to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes and watch the staff play the whole time. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

the service is absolutely awful. the attitude are outrageously terrible. if you’re doing a doordash, plan to wait 20 min to an hour. doordash definitely gets put on the back burner before everyone else. take their times making doordash and kiosk order but i bet yall don’t have the drive thru wait like that. hmmm. frustrated because you’re busy or not, you show respect to your customers. you appreciate them. you thank them.

I visit Taco Bell a few times a month. I have noticed new management today, and some new employees…I love the way things are being ran so far! Definitely 100% better than other visits. Thank you!
