This McDonald’s inside Happy’s Market in Plano is the best! All the real ones know this is the spot. It even has a PlayPlace, which is super rare these days. They also have a modern soda fountain machine where you can mix your drinks any way you want and a self-order kiosk for quick and easy ordering. Back in high school, I was here every day–it was our hangout spot. The place is always clean, and the workers are the coolest people on the planet. Even though I’m not in the area as much now, I still remember how they knew everyone’s name and made the experience fantastic. Five stars!

Emily a member of the team here was so nice they were out of apple pies and she came and asked me if we’d be okay to have a blueberry and cream pie and I said sure. The way that she was so kind just made my day.

Really nice interior. Employees are nice. Has lobby fountain drink machine for refills and play area for children. Obviously it’s still a McDonalds so it has all the baggage that comes with that, but it’s pretty good for a McDonalds. Kitchen equipment is noisy, but all McDonald’s are like that. (interior glass wall in lobby helps a little) No WiFi, but usually Maccas WiFi is too slow to use anyways

Waited for over 15 minutes to get my order, had to call to ask if they forgot I was asked to wait, with no apologies, I was asked to show my receipt. Still here after 24 minutes and not received my order yet. I had to go in to make a complaint to the manager, and all the lady who had earlier asked for my receipt was, “Do you want your money back”. My children were shocked at the poor service! I felt so disappointed! Hopefully you all learn to treat your customers better and apologize when things don’t work smoothly….

This team is horrible!!!!!! Standing at the front counter patiently waiting while everyone avoid eye contact to act like they so busy. This monthly meeting need to focus on customers at the counter. It’s really bad when you’re watching all the employees but no one is watching you. The nicest employee is the older gentleman who keeps the lobby clean. The rest of the staff probably don’t like working here because they surely don’t care about customers at the counter

I work nearby so I am here at least twice a week for lunch or breakfast. The employees who work here are always so nice and the customer service is great. I’m sure they recognize me at this point LOL! I always get my food pretty fast even during the huge lunch crowd. This is my favorite McDonald’s location

Worst McDonald’s ever. When will you guys shut this place down?
Do not go to. Uber is never the problem. The people who make it and package it are the problem. I hate this McDonald’s. I hate it so much it ruins my day. The drive thru is just as terrible. Customer service is rude and disgusting service I’ve ever witnessed and I myself work at fast food restaurants. These people have no direction, get money for doing the absolute worst, and don’t know the first thing in working in a restaurant. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!

I ordered a big Mac and a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. I’m now gonna rename the Big Mac the Bread Mack, what a joke, McDonald’s is charging double for a bread burger, It’s truly come down to “where’s the beef“. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was lukewarm and the bread was borderline stale. I’m disgusted with their pricing versus what they’re Currently serving.
