We didn’t have to wait long, felt like around or under ten minutes. The food was delicious!!! And it was super filling.
The atmosphere was delightful – Lots of families chatting around us. Servers were super efficient and friendly. Prices were reasonable!! Would definitely visit again. 10/10!
There is a small counter to the left when you walk in. That counter is used for both checking in, and for paying your tab.
It can get pretty crowded, so if you don’t want someone cutting in front of you, just stand to the left in front of the check in board instead of behind someone who may be paying their tab.
There is an elongated bench big enough to fit around 10 people in front.
The restaurant has probably 15-20 booths total and about 7 dining tables. It is a very crowded feel and the tables aren’t very big if you are not in a booth.
We waited around 20-25 minutes and got to find our booth without a host or hostess. Therefore, we did not get the menu until the waitress came to take our drink orders.
The orange juice is good, and does not have pulp in it. The waitress was very nice.
However, the wait time for the food was very, very long. I don’t know if this is normal, or if it was because of the holiday weekend, but we probably sat there 30-40 minutes before we got our food.
Unfortunately, we had a rambunctious toddler that refused to sit still and requested that our food be take out.
The pictures of the food were taken 35 minutes later when we finally arrived home.
The biscuit was dry, and the hash browns were not cooked through.
The bacon is not crispy. There was no real flavor in the bacon, either.
The rest of the meal was average.
I don’t know if I’d be back, but I can confirm the restaurant had a warm, welcoming feel.
Does have a kid menu and sticker dolls to play with, so big koodos for doing something besides a coloring page like most. Kids also get a straw that changes in cold drink. Kind of fun for them. A drink comes with the kid meal, so make sure you are not charged for it. We pointed it out and they quickly removed it.
Was very busy, but they did work our party of 4 in within 15 minutes. This was about 11am.
Lots of variety on menu. The 4 meals we had was good.
Bathrooms are fine, but single toilet for mens and single toilet for women. Not much space to stand by bathrooms, so just be aware.
Went early on Sunday morning and place was packed but wait was like 5 minutes.
The portions are huge. Simple good honest breakfast
If you are a biscuits and gravy connoisseur…this place is for you!
Food took a bit to arrive, but I don’t know if that’s typical and I didn’t really check to see how many other people were in the rest of the restaurant.
We ordered 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy (even the half order was incredibly huge!), cinnamon roll (are you kidding me? It’s quite large, smothered in icing and served warm!!), and the pancake breakfast (with bacon and eggs). Eggs were a bit overcooked but still tasted good to my wife. The pancakes were fluffy and fresh.
Even as leftovers the next day, their food is great. Totally coming back!! 🙂
