I have never had biscuitville before so my friend got me a couple of things from there to try. The blueberry Muffin was moist and good, not sure if they make it in house but I would need a tray of them. Cheese and Grits were amazing, all that flavor packed in that small container was impressive to me. Highly recommend both of them items therefore I need to go to this establishment myself and try something else.

The ordering part of this entire experience was the best part to say the least. The lady that done my order was very nice & helpful & that is the ONLY reason I gave this place a 2 & not a 1 star. My daughter found a hair in her grits so I take it to the counter & the “biscuit maker” lady comes over wanting to know what’s wrong so I tell her. Then she says well where is the hair now!! Like seriously, do ya think I made it up?? You could clearly tell the grits hadn’t been ate from, the butter was still on top melting. The manager walked up so I told her what was going on & she fixed a new one right away. If that wasn’t bad enough, we had some muffins that were hard as rocks on most of the top of them. My daughter went up to see about replacing them & not 1 or 2 but 3 women were trying to give her a hard way, telling her that’s how they cook & nothing was wrong. Let me say, my daughter suffers from PTSD, anxiety, etc. This situation made her feel very very anxious & uncomfortable. She comes back to the table & 1 of the women came behind her trying to say the same things to me. Now we eat these muffins all the time from lots of different Biscuitville’s & these were definitely just way overcooked. Finally after all that she says, “well I can replace them if you want but they’re all the same”. When I say yes please do that I saw her roll her eyes & she walked off. It took 7 mins for her to return with the other muffins. She def didn’t make fresh ones & the muffins sit on the ordering counter so why it took so long…your guess is as good as mine! Thankfully these were a little better, at least edible. Wouldn’t it have been much easier to replace them from the get-go? I just don’t know if I will be going back to this Biscuitville. I’ve never had trouble like this with any other I’ve been too.

We come here often since we live down the block. I have to say, the service here is alway fantastic! Always greeted with a good morning and very pleasant employees.
To top it off, our orders are always right. That’s a breath of fresh air these days with drive through orders. Last but not least, the food is excellent, can go wrong! Highly recommend this biscuitville location!

So I came threw the drive thru bc I had placed a online order for me and my co workers. Nothing in my bag was correct I was given a blue berry muffin instead of strawberry. None of my chicken biscuits had what I ordered I paid 2$ extra for cheese lettuce tomatoes and pickles and never got nothing on my biscuits but the chicken. I would like a refund if somebody can contact md about a refund the customer serive was horrible the lady at the second window was rude and snached drinks out my hand when I told her that those wasn’t the drinks I ordered nobody ever asked me for a name on my order they just handed me drinks and I told them my name. Very rude and I want all my money back I paid 40$ for breakfast just to get nothing I ordered
