Other than downtown it really is the best one. The new tenders they were promoting were really good actually and the signature sauce was genuinely nice. I’d have to say they definitely beat out Chick-fil-A’s tendies and maybe even the Colonel. Wendy’s clapped back hard wit dem tendys, and yes the box is empty because after the first bite I forgot to take a pic and smashed em.
The service was friendly, honest, quick and the food fresh. Keep up the good work y’all

I order a $6 biggie bag and it comes with a sandwich a choice I choose double stack it also comes with a drink and a 4 pice nugget I upgraded my to a spice 4pc nugget it also comes with fries now if been a chef for 5 years also I’ve been in fast food I’m a personal catering chef now every once in a while I don’t want to cook so I’m come to enjoy the city food this restaurant was despicable health violation all over not one but multiple the girl who put my food on the Trey was not wearing gloves and her fingers after watching her touch multiple different stations had her bare fingers on my nuggets no gloves also the guy said do I want them fresh I said yes he said it’ll be a couple of mins he wasn’t wearing a hair net which explains his hair in the first fri I received also he went bback what takes 10 mins took 30 mins now I understand if everybody busy but trust me it was so slow in there drive thru as well I went to go check on my food I did time him as well he came from outside put gloves on then asked are you waiting on that fresh fries and greasy nuggets In my head I would presume he would know that already but I said yes out of my mouth he shoveled up a fry and nuggets the nuggets was fresh but the fries was stale mind you this is the second order of fry’s then I brought to his attention again she need to be wearing gloves if she’s handling food he said no she doesn’t she fine red health violation flag also then he said he going to make me a new fry and make sure it’s fresh out the fryer and he did and he even upgraded the fry to a large which is more then what I paid for it’s not about the money it’s the law you can’t be handling food like that and try and cover it up now I’m a chef so this type of stuff I’m passionate about and it’s not okay they need to be health checked as well as new training because what I seen and experience was despicable

Food was barely warm. Sandwich came with cheese despite asking for none.
Fish was warm, if that.
Fries were okay, but not very warm.
Girl scout shake was great tasting, but spilled over sides, out the lid, and got all over vehicle due to the mess when I received it (I had to ask for napkins as it was all over hand, dripping, unacceptable)!

I received the wrong order. No problem, it happens. The manager went on asking how I rec’d an order without paying. I told her it was a mobile order, payment was online. She seemed very confused. No apology was given. She went on to say that whomever order I rec’d world be coming back also. Ok. The staff though was trying. Manager, eh. Chaotic. I waited for my correct meal which came with lukewarm fries.

From entering to exiting, I had a wonderful, top-notch experience. I met a small, adorable older lady named Tara ❤️ at the front counter who was smiley and accommodating! She didn’t rush me, although she should have .. I came in 7 minutes before breakfast ended!
I had the #1 Maple Bacon Croissant with a caramel cold brew, seasoned potatoes, and a small Cinnabon pullapart, and it was hot, flavorful, and plated nicely (YESSS, this is still appreciated in fast food establishments).
And….. as an added bonus, it smelled and looked very clean in the lobby! My meal came in under $10, not including my yummy add-on

Paid $40 and they forgot my chicken nuggets. Gave me a fry I didn’t pay for and they were mushy and cold. Was supposed to be my dinner. Was passing through town, now I know where NOT to go.

Horrible drive thru, lady couldn’t understand my order. Had to repeat it 3 times, ordered 2 baconanator meals, got home, and surprise surprise, only one meal and the other a chicken sandwich. Fast food is not that hard to read a receipt. Too far to drive back and never was given a receipt.

It’s pretty chaotic inside the restaurant. You have a few people who look like they are carrying the load.
Lot if talking back to the supervisor. The dining room was trashed. Every table needed to be cleaned. There was food and trash everywhere.
I hadn’t got my food yet. If it’s dirty, then it makes you wonder about the food.
I would say the food was just okay. There was a constant flow of people from the drive thru coming back inside.
Yeah, I wouldn’t come back here. There are not many options here in Topeka.

Ordered Baconators son in a large combo without mayo. Made sure we had the order correct at the register screen. Burger came out oozing with mayo and the fries werent allowed to finish cooking. Appreciated the hustle getting the food out but not the execution of the order. I don’t mind waiting if it means my fries get cooked.
