Ordered on my mobile app was a almost 50 dollar order. 16 piece mixed chicken should have 4 wings four thighs 4 breast 4 legs we got 7 wing 1 breast 3 legs 5 thighs and it was supposed to be spicy this was not. 2 pm 2/24 the girl at the window was very friendly with a smile I appreciate that but the rest was garbage.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst restaurant/location/fast food/ everything. This places sucks they WILL mess your order up and not give you what you ask for. My girlfriend even had a sprite thrown her in car by an old manager. I would never suggest this place, just get McDonald’s or something.

I just spent almost $20 at the Popeyes on Fairburn Rd in Douglasville, Ga. around 9:40 PM, and I’m beyond disappointed. The chicken I received looks and tastes like it was cooked early this morning and left sitting out all day. It was dry, chewy, and completely lacked the fresh, juicy flavor you expect from Popeyes. For what I paid, I expected hot, crispy, freshly made chicken — not something that belongs in the trash. This location needs to do better with quality control, especially this late at night. Absolutely unacceptable. I received 6 pieces of straight trash.

It’s so frustrating when you get home to realize your order is totally wrong. I asked for a 4 piece, 2 legs, 2 wings, and red beans and rice. Instead I got 2 breasts with fries. I really hate that you have to check other people’s work instead of being able to trust they will get your order right.

COMPLETE DISASTER OF A POPEYES, Food was ready too fast, I knew something wasn’t right. Check the food when I get home. Chicken looked like it was made about 5 hours too early. Not crispy at all. Looked under cooked. Didn’t eat it. The chicken sandwich was a complete disaster as well. See pic below. Burnt bread. Old dry pickles. Complete trash. Not to mention the worker at the window hating her job and taking it out on me. Slammed the window in my face even after I let her KEEP the change. I cannot believe the MANAGER would allow this to happen. Clearly has ZERO regard for food safety and customer satisfaction. In what world would you make poultry hours before its served? This food is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I bet they wouldn’t like eating it! Wasn’t cheap either. 20 bucks for trash! Do not go to this place, go to highway 5. I will be contacting the regional manager and or corporate about this. I understand kids need jobs, but the attitude and lack of respect shouldn’t be an issue a paying customer has to deal with!

We just went there in ordered quite a big order. They had it ready super fast and didn’t make us wait long at all or ask us to come inside and pick it up unlike many other locations that we’ve ordered food from when we have made a mobile order in the past. They let us pick everything up through the window and were very kind and perfect on our order!! If we want popeye’s again this will be the location we come to!!

New to the area- Great customer service from the manager (lady in gray shirt) and staff here, good food, ready in a timely manner.
Started coming here because I had a horrible experience at the closer hwy 5 location (forgot about me- waited an hr when my food was already done, no apology for the issue either).
Will definitely be coming to this one on fairburn rd from now on.

Me and my friends waited over an hour to get our food and we were the first people to order and watched countless people get their food before us. Then we asked for a refund and the manager tried to gaslight us into thinking it’s our fault. Service was absolutely atrocious and will not be coming back. They need new staff and management period.

My family and I came to this restaurant for dinner . We got the four six dollar boxes , when I tell you this was one of the best Popeyes I’ve been to in awhile it was GREAT !!! Trust me I know a good Popeyes I’m from New Orleans!! Shout out to Denzel he is great !!
