The food here is full of flavor and always served fresh. The tacos are packed with meat and toppings, and the portions are generous for the price. Really not worth stopping in for.
The food is average and has no flavor, and definitely not authentic Mexican food. The red enchiladas is had were ok, but bland, no flavorinng, and lacked anything homemade.
The rice was cooked good, but again No Flavorinng, no onions, carrots, or anything that a traditional Mexican rice should have. I thought the portion size was ok, for rice, beans, and small lettuce salad, with 3 small enchiladas with red sauce.
The service is slow, kitchen speed seems OK. The location has free parking.
I probably wouldn’t waste my time or money returning back, just not worth a second trip for average bland food, so not really recommend, and the menu is pricey, and not worth the cost.

This place is super low-key. I’ve driven past it. Probably 100 times and missed it first and foremost now have a huge selection of food. I got the quessabirra tacos and they were great. Service was excellent. The place was clean. Had a nice warm, cool vibe to it. Since it’s on my way home from work, I’ll be stopping there probably at least once or twice a week. I look forward to trying something else on the menu.

I stopped in to Palos, where I grew up, and looked for El Gallo. El Gallo was closed so I checked out this place and loved it. Their steak taco was one of the best that I’ve had in a long time

Over priced. It was ground steak very tasteless and we might as well of said beef. Tacos were tiny to be priced at $4 each. I ordered a steak burrito all I could taste was the beans, lettuce and tomato. I didn’t order a veggie burrito. I couldn’t taste the steak but after my coworker came back from her break she said she couldn’t even finish her tacos that the steak was still rare. Would not go back.

These tacos are flavor packed, juicy, and DELICIOUS. I love them. They’re $4 per taco, which is pricier to me, but they’re amazing. Try it if you havent 🙂

Very good food. I got 2 steak tacos and 2 quessabirria. It was delicious, but I can’t lie it’s definitely a little pricey. I would for sure come back though – it was very good.
