I’m a Texas girl that loves BBQ!! I found this place not too far from my hotel and it did not disappoint. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff!! They were all so sweet. I had a 2 meat plate (burnt ends & hot links) with potato salad & baked beans a piece of toast( cooked perfectly had to get extra pieces) on the side. It was all so good!! My favorite was the hot links and the potato salad. I don’t just compliment anybody’s potato salad. They also had a few choices for sweet tea and bbq sauces!!

I had never been here before, but my husband had. I was craving brisket. It was AMAZING! My husband got the smoked club sandwich. He offered me a bite, and it was DELICIOUS! We both got the potato salad (yummy), and I also got the fries (the portion was enough for both of us to share)! I will definitely go back!

Great quick bbq! Always get the 2 or 3 meat combo and I’ve never had complaints. I’m not a huge barbecue guy but compared to some others in Wichita, this one is a bit more reasonably priced with fair portions compared to others.
Definitely a gem whether you’re dining in or ordering it!

My husband and split a 2 meat dinner. We choose the sliced brisket and turkey. It came with two sides and Texas toast. We chose corn and Mac and cheese and I added an individual side of French fries for myself. The turkey was the best. It was moist and had a nice smoky flavor. The brisket was a bit dry, it wasn’t special. The fries were the next best thing, maybe a bit on the sweet side for me. I will admit, I don’t enjoy my savory foods too be sweet. The Texas toast and corn were good, but the Mac and cheese didn’t impress me at all. It taste like noodles in queso dip. Mediocre temperature, low flavor, overall not impressed with the mac. For all of this and two waters we spent just under $25. Would return for a turkey sandwich and to try a baked potato. The space looks well used but clean. The staff was friendly.

A co worker brought back my lunch order today. 2 meat dinner with ribs and sliced brisket. The cost about $17 plus extra 2.75 each because I ordered ribs and sliced brisket. Look at my ribs. I have NEVER seen ribs so small in my life and they were burnt. Was the extra 2.75 for thr burnt or the extra small size.
I use to love going here and was excited when she suggested it. Now I’m just disappointed. You guys need to do better. I know you are capable. I have a picture that I will post when I figure it out.

Flavorful BBQ in a historical building. We thought we had tried all the local BBQ places in town but somehow we’ve missed one. I think we saved the best for last. Our family visited on a Monday at lunch. When you walk in you go straight back to the ordering counter and order your food based on the menu to the side. They have several sandwiches, 1,2, and 3 meat plates with sides and the option to buy meat by the pound. The kids meals were right around $5 and included a drink which I thought was very well priced. After ordering you seat yourself and wait for them to call your name. We ordered the pulled pork, ribs and brisket. All were extremely flavorful and well cooked. We didn’t try anything we didn’t like. We also had fun learning about the history of the building and seeing the beautiful indoor murals. We will definitely be back.

What a lovely experience ! Me and my girlfriend just went here from Albuquerque, NM and we got a half pound of pulled pork and coleslaw, it hands down has to be the best barbecue we’ve ever had !
Everything was well seasoned and the food was just heavenly. Definitely stopping by here again next time we’re in Wichita !

For two years in a row I have ordered catering from Delano BBQ for about 30 people and it has been great both times. The staff is helpful and communicative. They make sure I have what I need and the food is great. Everyone loves it and eats it all up. Will always recommend!

Pretty good barbecue really enjoyed the ribs and the smoked turkey. Very tender and juicy. My daughter really liked the pulled pork and macaroni and cheese. Everything paired perfectly with the mild barbecue sauce. The only thing we didn’t care for was the brisket and burnt ends. They were dry, tough and not easy to chew.
