Usually have good service but this time ordered take out and it was pretty disappointing. Walked in and our order was sitting on the counter not in a warmer or anything so when we got home it was cold. Ordered the pulled pork meal and had to sift through it because I could see bones – found 5 bones total in the mix of pulled pork. Not too satisfied with the quality of the food today

Ellie our server was absolutely AWESOME!!
Great attitude. Great smile.. Valentines Day at 5:00. The restaurant was busy as expected but well staffed. Ellie had such a bubbly personality . She took our order and then proceeded to keep checking in with us to see if we needed more drinks or bread and butter, etc. She asked if we wanted dessert but everyone was full. She brought to go boxes and sacks to carry things in without having to ask. Everything she did was with a genuine smile.. Great dining experience. The food was very good too.

This is a good chain for families and us “average” (no, we were all made exceptional!) folks. Good food, reasonably priced.Tasty steaks and salads! Lots of energy and commotion. Young, personable wait staff. Full bar. TVs. Handicapped accessible. Clean bathrooms. We ate at several TRs recently. All lived up to our expectations.

This was my first visit here. Apparently there aren’t too many locals who can say that, because when I mentioned it to my server, the first thing that she asked was if I was from out of town. Then I mentioned it to a gentleman at the next table over and darned if he didn’t ask the same question. It DEFINITELY wont be my last! My steak was absolutely fantastic and the steak fries were to die for! I was however, a little disappointed that their chili was a little on the bland side. That said, I’d still consider it on my future visits, so it couldn’t have been too bad. I didn’t find the music too loud (as others have said) but the restaurant seemed to be packed and unfortunately, it seemed like everyone was trying to out talk each other. That may be my own fault, as I usually eat out for lunches rather than dinners (as was the case today) so I can’t say if a less crowded hour might have been more to my liking. The service was absolutely wonderful! There was no wait to be seated and my server was patient as I was looking over the menu and then kept tabs on my progressing through my meal without coming across as intrusive.

Bread rolls with cinnamon cream butter was amazing when you were first seated and very hungry. The warm and fresh rolls definitely the star. The steak, a little fatty ribeye,tasted just so-so.
I get that turning tables quickly increases tips, but it felt way too rushed when the waitress brought the to-go box while I still had my fork in hand. I didn’t even get to finish my meal. It was 4pm on Monday, the restaurant was not busy and just opened at 3pm.
Maybe she assumed I was priced-sensitive because I used a coupon promo code. I still left 20% tips anyway should prove I’m not some cheap customer. I fully intended to budget 10-15 dollars tips based on the service quality.
