Lobby is closed for 0 reason they give no reason for the closure or a date when it will reopen. Not everyone has cars they won’t even offer curb side pick up on the app. DO NOT come here if you want to dine in or pickup curb side.

Ordered Curbside today for work as we always do and the app glitched when we pulled up to the numbered spot. Tried reloading the app. Nothing. Okay, no problem. I have the mobile receipt, so I’ll just go to the counter and tell them what happened easy peasy as i have both the receipt and the payment went through (which means I can’t cancel the order)/ The cashier who attended to us was short and rude and kept telling me that i didn’t order anything because I didn’t confirm the order, but like how can i do that if If the app isn’t letting me. She kept asking me questions like what did you order? Is this even the right location? And I’m like yeah, it’s all on the receipt- we order curbside all the time. Then she basically told me there’s nothing they can do which is interesting because McDonald’s FAQ states that any issues after the order is purchased has to be taken up with the location of purchase. So now i have neither my food or my money and a headache.

When I arrived at the restaurant and went to use the bathroom, I was surprised to find that it had a password. The first person I asked for the password gave me the wrong one, and after waiting for a few minutes, another person also gave me the wrong password. This happened three times, and no one offered to help me. It seemed like they didn’t want me to use the bathroom and were hoping I would just leave. I was frustrated by the situation because I really needed to use the bathroom, but I persisted and finally managed to use it. I couldn’t understand why they had a password for the bathroom in the first place.

It’s McDonalds food. I don’t have a high bar as is. The service today though was terrible. Went through at 1 pm and ordered a burger bundle with 2 extra fries and 2 McChicken’s. Did not get our McChickens so I went inside. The manager then tells me I never ordered McChickens. I pointed out to her that the order taker repeated back the McChickens AND the extra fries were caught. Same manager proceeds to tell me again that I never order McChickens but I can place a new order. Got them in the end but if a customer says they ordered something, just take care of the order don’t argue with the customer.

I was thrilled to find a fast food place that still had seating. Unfortunately all the tables were dirty, the trash was full, and there was a constant alarm going off in the kitchen, so loud it actually echoed. Hire more people. You can afford it.
