Quick and easy to use website for ordering food delivered. The whole process from ordering the food to it being delivered was quite speedy, taking less than 30 minutes. The delivery driver, Miguel Antonio, was kind, courteous and helpful. And I was very impressed that the order was hot and 100% correct and tasted great! I also liked that I could track the whole process so I knew how it was going and see that it was even ready quicker than originally estimated. This was my first time using a delivery service like this and you made it so easy and perfect that I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future. Thank you

Service was very nice!! I asked if si could be settled in a secluded area to breastfeed, and my host and waitresses were very understanding. The margarita offered that day was very nice and refreshing, just wish it was in a bigger glass everything came out nice and hot, and the ribs were falling off the bone

My waitress was very kind and fixed my order. fast service. I ordered the steak and shrimp. Steak was Hot but the shrimp was overly seasoned broccoli could had been cooked longer and mashed potatoes was cold.

I came in for a family reunion dinner, a party of 17 total, and our server Brandon was a rock star! He handled everything smoothly, and I don’t think anyone’s drinks were empty for more than 30 seconds!

My family and I had our Christmas eve lunch here today and this was the worst visit l’ve ever had at this Chilis in Orange park.
For Starters, The waitress, I believe her name was emily, the bigger lady with red hair, could not handle our table…and couldn’t remember what was asked for even once. We had to ask for drinks twice before an order was taken and continued to blame everyone else for her ineptness for the duration of our stay..
She was very rude when she did make her way to the table to take our order and acted like we were wasting her time when my kids were ordering their meal.
This isn’t the first time i’ve had her as a server either, she jumps from job to job such as grumpy’s and Metro diner. It really makes me wonder about her ability to keep employment with the service she provides.
I don’t think she understands that we can hear when she talks down about our table to other employees, if she’s going to talk down on other guests, make sure she can’t be heard.
I would like to reach out to corporate for this visit, so don’t have her serve you if you want a good time.

Our server Elizabeth was fantastic!! Very attentive, professional and sweet as can be! She quickly refilled our drinks before they got too low and made sure we got our food in a timely manner. Food was great as always!

I live 10 minutes from there but haven’t been in over a year. Decided to give it another try. It was busy but still got seated right away. Got the chips and salsa to snack on while waiting for my entree “Quesedilla Explosion Salad”. The chips were warm, light and crispy and salsa was perfect. The salad was huge, had to take home the quesedillas. Great sweet tea. Service was amazing. Will return soon.

All I can say about this location is that it was fabulous. Our waiter was amazing and the manager was great checking up on us throughout our visit. The food was fresh and made to perfection. Thank you Fleming Island for making our experience memorable.

This place has a moldy smell as soon as you walk in. We attempted to eat lunch. The waiter was very inattentive. He wasn’t helpful or nice at his job. The soup was good. The fries were hot. The burgers were almost burnt. The waiter kept taking orders and avoided us, never checking back or grabbing what we needed. No refills on chips or grabbing us sauces while food went cold. We finally were given the check. We got a surprise upcharge or our 3 for me, which has no warning for the smash burger. There are no differences except for toppings. *same burger* the 5 of us left very disappointed.
