Majority of the staff were unfriendly and gave customers only 1/4 serving spoon of meat. Voice yourself if you purchase from this place. There were 7 counted staff and the lids, utensils, and napkins were low. Utensils were out of stock when asked… Really?? Food was cold. You guessed it – Rice was hard. Chipotle needs a new management to plan and organize a better way of servicing.

Ordered from Door Dash and the order was poorly made upon delivery…took pictures and went back and the hassle that I went through to prove myself in order to just get a new order was a bit ridiculous. There was a like half an avocado in my guacamole, and the chips were not a large….beyond that the bowl was also not full of ingredients. They should have been glad to give me a new order imo!

The app isn’t accurate and doesn’t know when the restaurant is missing something. You get charged for the item anyway then have to deal with the app which is resistant to giving refunds.
The employees seem to be encouraged by management not to give a substitution unless a fuss is made.
Taking money for a service and not rendering it is stealing. The hope is that the work to get restitution is too great and customers give up.
I do not blame the beat staff, but shame on chipotle.

I made a mistake by ordering online instead of ordering when I got there. I paid $5 for extra protein and gave them 20% tip but still got a pretty small portion. The food was tasty but so little food unless you are there to watch them make your order.

Very rude and lazy staff. They are from this new “it’s just a job” generation. No positive greeting, rushing the customer, they put item on my food that I did not ask for and then charged me even when I said I would not have them make it over as long as they didn’t charge me. Please stop asking people if they want Queso. Customers can request the uncharted item if they want it.

A bit unclean after people. Dirty tables and garbage that was over full. Food was great portions were awesome. Nice location. Atmosphere was good. Price was good. Overall, good place to eat for a reasonable price. Recommend to others. Accessible from inside a mall and outside. Take out available.

This is by far the best Chipotle in terms of Food quality. I’ve been to 15+ locations, and the 5th St. location is the only one that’s been consistently fresh, properly seasoned, portioned and on time. I don’t know the manager but it seems they’re doing a rock-solid job.

Isaac is the most personable and generous Chipotle crew member I’ve ever met! He was intentional to make sure everything in my bowl was what I wanted, didn’t skimp on the portions, and was mad friendly!

I absolutely LOVE this location. The server Sierra made me my food and she PACKED my bowl, I ate it for the rest of the day and still had leftovers for lunch the following. The workers are always so nice whenever I go and I love talking with them. 10/10, zero complaints

Consistently awful experience here, it’s almost laughable. My order last week was missing the veggies on a veggie (fajita) bowl, so I was given a complimentary entree. Pictured is my free veggie bowl: notice anything missing? I feel like they must be doing this as a joke.
