I went in and ordered at the kiosk for a to go order. While I was waiting for my order, other orders were coming out. One of the employees asked me if I was waiting for something. I told her what I was waiting for. Another worker came over & said to the other person that she gave my order to someone else. By this time, I was waiting for 20 minutes. So, I asked if they were remaking the order & the person shrugged her shoulders. I couldn’t wait any longer & left. I lost $12.00. The place was dirty & trash was falling out of the container. I won’t go back.

Never really had a bad experience with this location. Never thought to review this on location on Google, or any mcdonald’s location for that matter,buntil tonight that is. My only downside is I didn’t get the names to thank. Great crew. The crew on this evening (around 10 pm sept 14 2025) should be commended. I’ve never had THIS pleasant an experience with a fast food restaurant.

I think for McDonald’s his location’s above average obviously the food is typical McDonald’s Big Mac was decent snack wrap. The chicken could have been a little bigger but it wasn’t bad served its purpose

I had a great experience here today! The two people working the drive thru windows had exceptional service. I actually went to this one because the McDonald’s on black horse like in eht was so rude today I left and didn’t want to go back there. I was very impressed by this location here and how they treated me with a lot of respect! Keep up the good work! Also my burger is so good!

I thought the drive through would be quick since I was the first one in line for it when I got there. Not a lot of cars parked in the lot either. I was told to pull up to wait for my quarter pounder burger. I did not order anything but a burger. At least 6 cars in line behind me got their orders before I did, bigger orders than I ordered as well. I went into the store to get my order, which was given to me after being in there for about a minute. I am so confused why it took so long for me to get my burger. After being given my burger I tried to ask for more ketchup but no one was responsive and there were no condiments out that I could grab myself. I am extremely disappointed in my trip to this McDonald’s today and left feeling very upset.
