i ordered online, BIGA mistake. I asked for extra rice however i got atleast 2/3rds of what i normally get when ordering in person. i also got double chicken but it was definitely not as it normally covers the whole top and this was all on one side of the bowl , idek how thats possible unless done on purpose. the queso was just literally on one side of the bowl covering the chicken nothing else. i went back in asking it to be remade since their was also a random Fajita veggie in it like how do you not see that? they would not remake it , instead they giggled in the back and just gave me a cup size of queso filled with chicken. no apologies or any form of communication from the manager standing right behind them overhearing it all. overall i will never order online again. highly disappointed and upset with the treatment and quality this place gave

This place is usually packed during peak hours (Lunch, Dinner, etc). Most of the time the food is hot or at least warm. Depending on if you order in store or in the app/3rd party.
Pro tip: Ordering extra Rice, beans, and other toppings usually doesn’t cost extra.
But if you’re ordering extra meat/protien, I’d highly recommend ordering the new protein sides of meat as it’s the same price as double protein/meat and you actually get more protein/meat than if you were to just order double protein.

Can’t rate the food since there wasn’t any available when I went 30 minutes prior to close. I was still asked if I wanted a bowl of rice + beans & toppings since the veggies were sold out as well – for $10 & cold food. They spent more time making sure the close of the store was easier on the employees rather than having enough food prepped. They were serving food out of plastic bags that lined the metal containers.
I’m not even that upset I didn’t get anything since the restaurant smelt like B.O & dirty water.

It was definitely just an average Chipotle, which means the food was very good and affordable. For what you get, but for some reason, they skimped me on the rice and beans for some reason, I’ve never had that one happen. But I did get a good portion size of chicken. I like the building it’s in aswell

I am visiting from Minnesota.. so I have not been to this chipotle in a very long time, (many years) and I was warned that it had changed. Suggestions to drive to one further away for better service and a cleaner store. Upon my visit I found the place to be in great shape! Clean, amazingly friendly employees and my burrito bowl was a total flash back to the good old days when a bowl would feed me for at least two meals. It was full and perfect! The steak had no fatty ends that I bit into, the flavor of the steak was spot on, rice was perfect. Guac was pretty heavy on the lime.. but honestly.. that was the best Chipotle I have had in a VERY long time! Up in MN (where I live) this would have been less than half for the same price.

Just ordered from ubereats at this location and the rice was completely HARD. The protein (me and my roommate ordered different ones) was completely under room temperature. The delivery didn’t even take that long. Please make sure your rice is cooked and your meat is kept warm, it’s so disappointing that such a big part of our meals are ruined by avoidable issues.

My order was supposed to be ready at a certain time. It was not, which I understand if it gets busy. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes to see the person making other orders and not mine. Waited another 5 minutes, I asked the cashier to please give me a refund since now I have to go back to work. They tell me the manager said since I ordered through the app, I have to use the app to get the refund. They THEN proceed to make my food. By the way, Chipotle uses the bot “Pepper” and not an actual person so it makes it very difficult. Proof that this location obviously does not care. Where’s my extra lettuce?

This place has definitely lowered its quality considerably. The meat was tough and old, the chips were cold, there were no machine sodas, the bathroom was dirty, the tables were dirty and even the trash cans were full. Definitely whoever is the manager of this place should get retrained or leave the company. To make matters worse, the music was very loud, it was not pleasant to eat as a family.
I hope Chipotle reads these comments and takes action.

It was horrible honestly. I was ordering here multiple times and it was never like this time. I don’t know what happened. The portion got extremely small, some of the meat was not even chopped. Where is lettuce? where is cheese? Salsa? 30 dollars for what? It is unacceptable.
