Not in the area often but the bojangles team today 2/26 was so slayy everyone was nice and made sure my order was correct! I ate in the parking lot and the chicken was fresh and the mashed potatoes were hot!

Bojangles biscuits are the best in the world and I’m so addicted to these. I just have a question to the pricing department. Why two plain biscuits are $2.09 but six plain biscuits are $8.06? Can I ask the cashier ring three times two biscuits for $2.09 and save me $2?
Please explain how you come up with that kinda pricing strategy making your customers scratch their heads. Hope someone takes this question seriously and respond.

I wanted to eat there, but I also ordered a 20 piece Tailgate. I asked for fresh chicken, because what was available looked horrible. Obviously the good pieces were given out already. I got my ear in order while they were cooking fresh chicken. About 8 other folks showed up and we’re served. I don’t know what they ordered. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. After 30th minutes of waiting I just got a refund. I wonder if my “fresh” chicken was given out. I love Bojangles chicken, this particular restaurant has been a problem for me a number of times. I drive over 30 minutes for Bojangles. Not anymore. I had a family gathering and ordered 2 Tailgates to be picked up, I have them over a weeks notice. When 2 family members went to pick it up, they knew nothing about it.
Please build one in the Short Pump Va. Area. It would do fantastic.

The past 2 times I ordered from them off of doordash, the biscuit is always overcooked, meat is rough, and fries look stale. This location used to be better back a few years ago, now it’s really gone downhill. I still tipped the door-dasher because it isn’t their fault the restaurant sucks, but I will not be eating here again.

As a patron we understand the workers probably aren’t paid much. But the customer service at this location is non-existent. If you ask for fresh food you will be punished. They will simply ignore you after you’ve paid. I wouldn’t want to inconvenience them again by visiting

A few years ago this used to be one of the best places around, since then it has gone so far downhill its indescribable. The chicken is hard, tough, and cold, like it has been sitting around for 2 hours. I have only eaten here around 5pm. All of the good reviews must be from breakfast/lunch, because I’m pretty sure the food from dinner has been sitting around since lunch. The employees are nice, but based on the fact the food has been sitting out means they are either being lazy or poor management. Do not even consider eating here for dinner, it might be alright for breakfast/lunch. This location needs some serious TLC and a management that is making sure only fresh food is being served.

I am not sure why I continue to give this location my business. Every time I go here either my order is wrong, it is cold or over cooked or all three. Tonight I got an eight piece dark chicken meal, what was suppose to be all dark meat was three dried out breast one thigh, which is what I actually wanted, and four drumsticks. The biscuits were dry and over cooked on the edges and barely warm. They tasted like they had been sitting around under the lights for to long. My fries were correct with no seasoning on them, but they were also not fresh and hot. Everything should have been piping hot as even though I ordered online, my order was not ready for me when I got there.

Unprofessional. Went to this location 12/21/24 and order a 2 pc dinner step father ordered a 3 pc. They didn’t even have the dark meat we requested. Dude with dreads was unprofessional, had the “idgaf” attitude. Waiting for a refund to go to another location. Still standing in line waiting for a refund, yet nobody comes. Poor service, nobody was wearing gloves to put liners in the boxes. The man taking our order was taking drive thru orders and ignoring us. Still waiting for a refund 20 minutes later. Will never be coming back here.

I have been in this place multiple times, but today I had the worst experience. I have never seen such dumb people in my life. I was about to pick up an order that I placed through my mobile app and the lady who’s probably having a very very bad day, simply denied to hand me the offer and ask me to show the name in the order details. The app doesn’t have show name. It only shows the order number and I was able to give it to her and she said she wants to see the name. I couldn’t convince her that the order on that app doesn’t show the name. Ultimately after 15 minutes, the manager showed up and simply handed me the food. I understand there are people who are dumb, but this lady needs some serious help or she should just retire.

Went at 7:30pm (close at 10). They said cash only, very limited sides and it would be 25 minutes if I still wanted food. I know staffing is tight and managers/owners don’t want to waste food, but why stay open?
