Our first trip to Carajillo’s was amazing!
We were impressed by the artwork and murals on the walls, creating a festive vibe! We were seated promptly and greeted almost immediately at the table. The menu was extensive and creative. Our server was helpful and courteous. The food was served promptly and hot and everything was delicious. We will go back again!

Very modern and update decor. Perfect for date nite dinner or business luncheon. Service is awesome as is the menu and drink selection. Salsa was nice and the warm chips were very good. The house salsa had a kick to it but was worth the heat. The dip sampler was a delicious starter. We tried the chicken, veggies with rice and cheese. It was so tasty and was a large portion. The cachete with rib-eye tacos were good but I must have missed something cause I saw no cachete. It was on the expensive side but the place rocks with the artistic atmosphere and great food, not to mention the great customer service.

Very cool restaurant! The murals are beautiful. Amazing, authentic food. Waitstaff was super friendly and attentive. Our glasses were never empty. Also, very generous portions. My plate came with three tacos and I could only eat one. It warmed up nicely the next day to eat as leftovers. If you are looking for your normal chimichanga or Chile Rellenos, you are not gonna find that here. The food is definitely a step above. The prices are reasonable, though. I was very pleased, as was the rest of my party. Next time I will make sure to share a plate instead of ordering just for myself.

It’s a good Mexican restaurant to go and eat with the family. It’s always busy with customers but that fact let me to know that the food is good. In my experience at this restaurant was that their food was awesome and the service was pretty quick. Recommended

Met a friend for our annual holiday chat and chew. She selected this location on Garner because she eats here often. And I mentioned that I live close to the location on Falls of Neuse, but I haven’t been there in a while.
The service and food was awesome. I had the Street Fajitas for one, because my friend mentioned the street corn was great. Plus, we met later in the evening so I skipped the tortillas and cut back on the chips.
I didn’t get my usual margarita but I did celebrate my last working day of 2025 with a Paloma.
I don’t make it to Garner often but I will add the Falls location to my dining options.

Definitely my favorite place for Mexican food in the area, and we have so many good options in Garner. We can always get a table even when they’re busy, and the service is always great. The manager usually comes by to check on us, which is something I feel like most restaurants dont bother with anymore. I like the vibe with the street art of different artists. The menu is huge and literally has everything you could want and more. I’m a burrito fan and have tried about the burritos, I’ve liked all of them. My mom always gets the enchilada sampler, and my step-dad is all about the quesa birria. The drinks are super fun and worth the price. My parents drive from about 20 minutes away just to come here, we have never had a complaint about our experience.

This place is awesome! We come here frequently and I have never had a bad meal. The vibes are good, everyone is friendly, and the portion size to cost ratio is really fair. Miriam is probably the best waitress I have ever had. We never have to ask for anything! Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place and ambience. Feels like very festive atmosphere. Little loud though but we liked it
I had chicken spinach enchilada and my wife had veggie quesadilla.

We had a good Margarita here and yummy Nachos (forgot to take a pic and only have chips and salsa you get when you arrive), and we will definitely go back for a meal next time. We went between lunch and dinner and it was very quiet.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere here is great. Lots of wonderful and colorful art.
Looking forward to our next visit when we are in the area.

Came to Carajillos for the first time since moving to the area, I was looking for new restaurants to try and add into a regular rotation. Service was horrible from the get go. No one at the host stand to greet you, we sat around for 5 minutes until someone finally greeted and sat us. The restaurant was barely busy at this time. We were greeted by our server a couple minutes later. Not sure if she ended up forgetting about us but we didn’t receive our drinks and we were still waiting to order until about 20 minutes later once the manager came up and took our order himself. We maybe saw our waitress 3 times the entire time we were there. Food was ok, not much flavor to it. The chorizo was overcooked, burnt and chewy. Would not recommend Carajillos and will not be adding to our rotation.
