The food is pretty decent for a chain restaurant. Our service that night happened to be pretty good. Our drinks were refilled and our waiter was attentive.

Went again and had another great experience. Our waitress wasn’t supposed to do something we wanted but she did it anyway and got a big tip. We all liked our food.

My experience was very good today. The waitress was kind and attentive. I ordered my burger ‘no pink’, but when I cut it in half it was only cooked medium well and was still pink inside. The waitress took the plate back for me and brought me out a basket of fries to enjoy while I waited for my burger. When my new burger came out, it was perfect and delicious! I was very pleased by the experience and the service.

Never had a bad meal here yet! Menu provides wide variety of options. Burgers are the speciality offering gourmet styles/taste/ingredients. Can’t complain about bottomless fries!

I now remember why I choose other restaurants to patronize. I ordered a crispy chicken original sandwich. When it came the chicken appeared to be an inch thick…reality when all the nasty breading was finally pulled off, it was literally less than a quarter inch of chicken. Waitress never came back to see if we needed another drink or offer dessert. Never once did a manager come to a table, but came to the room to see how many tables were sat. Do better Red Robin. Used to be good quality food, not even sub-par anymore. It’s a good thing I’m not a secret diner. You would have failed miserably.

Liked the burger. No complains on food at all.
Hostess lady was not friendly. It wasn’t busy, she was talking with other worker, and came to me rolling her eyes. Asked for the booth, she said “maybe you wanna take the bar seat?” At 12:30 pm? With not even a half booked restaurant?
Server came up right away. Good guy, solid service, knows menu pretty good, told me about the food & ingredients. But waited for my burger (just a cheeseburger) for 15-20 min. A lil long, but ig it was just me being very hungry.
The only thing is while I was eating and being on my phone, server and other (managers?) bothered me like 5-6 times am I good? Bro I’m on the phone, eating. Don’t worry, I gotchu a tip, but let me eat. $20+ tips. Was it worth it? Tasted good, but for just a cheeseburger, I don’t think so. Would I go back? No.

I used to really enjoy going here, but the food just doesn’t quiet satisfy like it used to. The prices keep going up, while quality keeps going down. Good place for large crowds and or children. Plenty of seating and kid friendly.

There were 4 of us and we were very happy with our meals. One thought the Impossible Burger tasted so much like meat that she questioned its authenticity. Luckily, we got the short stack of onion rings because they were huge and the picture does not show that there was a plethora of mozzarella sticks. The shakes and lemonades were also a hit. Highly recommend!
