This has to be one of the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to the people working here can not make a good burger or fries to save their lives and wouldnt be surprised if they were that bad at everything they do in life. It seems like no effort whatsoever goes into making any food they sell and my order as a result of that seems to never be correct or its as sloppy as possible with the meat halfway of the hard stale buns or ketchup just smearing across the whole wrapper and buns. I really hope the owner or manager in charge will do something about it but in the meantime yall wont get another cent outta me.

Came in around noon on a Saturday, not very busy but definitely some folks inside. Ordered at the kiosk, it gave us the table service cone for the staff to bring out the food, number was called out at the counter. Upon picking up our food, we did not receive cups. Went up and asked, got back to the table to realize we didn’t have the sauces we ordered. The nuggets for some reason were great today but we only had 8 in our 10 piece which was odd.

Ordered 3 large SWEET teas, got regular tea that tasted like it had been sitting for awile. Also order 2 cheeseburgers and a double cheeseburger, no ketchup on one of them, burger looked like it had been ripped into two pieces. Fries were cold and useless. Had to stop along highway to get more better food.

Horrible food. The fries were cold and the nuggets were hard like they were sitting for hours. We went through the drive- thru and the staff told me to park. I asked for some ketchup. He said absolutely. They forgot it. I went in the restaurant to get some and stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for service. I had several employees look right at me but no one wanted to help.

Got here in what I thought was time enough for lunch, but unfortunately they don’t serve lunch until 11:00am on Sundays. The food came out fast. Glad to see McDonald’s going with the $5 meal deal, although it probably won’t last long.

My husband is a tow truck driver and he went there to get him some food and the manager that was working was very rude. She was a black lady and she said let’s go ahead and get this tow truck driver out of here cause he is taking up space in our parking lot and called him a stupid tow truck driver and theres no sense in her being rude like that. Money is money and I’ll be taking this to corporate for sure. She don’t need to talk to customers like that. Store number is 10021 and I’ll make sure I have her job. And the parking is shitty

Brian who works up front and the male managers are awesome. They’re always kind, gracious, and welcoming. The lady manager with the maroon shirt however ignores every customer and when things aren’t running smoothly or when it’s really busy she walks outside for some reason to to just stand out there and talk to people. She always runs off when the going gets tough

It sucked! They wouldn’t make us mcflurries or hot chocolate because they didn’t feel like turning on the machines. The drive through line took half an hour and we didn’t even get what we came for. This is the slowest McDonald’s in the world.
