I always usually drive to this location. They always get something wrong. This time I ordered a Crispy Chicken Deluxe Combo on DoorDash. I know it’s this location because of the map. Anyways, I replaced the drink for a bottled water. When my dasher arrived with my food I asked about my drink they said that the workers told them they couldn’t give them my drink. Since when? On top of that in my Crispy Chicken Deluxe Combo you’d think it would come with chicken nuggets. But no this location seems to only want to do what they want to do. No consistency what so ever. The nacho sauce had a sand/gritty texture. Never coming here/or ordering on DoorDash again.

Went in to order and we got 7 items with no one else at this place and it still took 20 minutes for our order. Food was soggy barely wrapped properly and just tasted worse then usual. Never eat here take the 5 minutes to find a new taco bell as this one will surely waste your time and money and this place looks unkempt employees are rude too

This used to be my go to location as the Merle Hay location sucks, but as of the last few months I guess they hired some of the worst fast food employees to exist. Since then I’ve had to wait over an hour for a single box meal several times. God forbid you try to get it delivered as then they’ll just most likely cancel your order after two hours of waiting and several delivery drivers trying to get it. What a joke of an establishment. Like I can understand fast food work kinda sucks but like holy hell get some new staff that can at least have some care for their job and customers.

I never rip into employees in reviews but this location deserves it. Worst Taco Bell, period. The manager and employees could not possibly care less, to the extent that it’s pretty likely you won’t receive your food at all. If you do, your order WILL be wrong. And good luck trying to get a refund, they probably don’t even know how to do it. Do not come here, drive to any other Taco Bell in the metro. Taco Bell corporate needs to shut this place down.

Went to order with the AI system which is great. Rude employee cut in to say “we are short staffed nothing over 20$” most meals are 10-15 dollars. So I can only order for one person? And it’s five pm during a week day. You refused our order because it was to expensive? Good luck staying in business.

There is an automated order screen that was not able to let me say no sour cream on my burrito. Once I got to the window, I asked them to make it without sour cream and they told me it was too late and they were not going to fix it. When I told them I hadn’t paid for it yet and could drive away they had a conference with a couple of the workers, and decided that they could make me a burrito without sour cream, but then started laughing and clearly doing something to the burrito to the point that I did not feel comfortable eating my food that I got from there. All of the workers are rude and I will not go back.

Went to drive thru and the Ai didn’t comprehend what we’re saying. Took 5 mins before someone showed up to take order. After we got our order we noticed we were missing a whole meal. Walked into the lobby and proceeded to wait 50 mins before anyone walked up to the counter! The general manager showed up and there was zero empathy or nor an explanation why we waited so long. Ten people walked up to the counter asking for refunds. We’ve had mix ups before but this was the last time we’re visiting this location.

They’ve updated to an automated drive through ordering system which is alright but if you aren’t paying attention you’ll get charged for stuff you didn’t order. We ordered 3 different combo meals and all the food was thrown into one bag. And it all looked exactly the same. Soggy and skimpy. Mostly beans and nothing else.

Went to Taco Bell for dinner tonight and got in there ordered my food and apparently I was charged a drink when I already had one drink for one order and then my girlfriend had another order that she also got a slushy, but she changed one of her orders from a drink to a slushy so she would’ve gotten a drink but I was charged for an additional drink got home. We’re not even 10 minutes away from home we sat down to eat and Food was completely soggy falling apart. My five layer burrito was not wrapped correctly. It was completely falling apart, and it looks like there’s barely anything in it except for a whole bunch of beans and barely any beef or even sour cream or cheese Then got home open the Chalupa barely anything on it. It looks like it’s been fried or anything it just looks like a plain dough taco shell, and also got a deluxe craving box sat it down to discuss about the drink situation when I was charged an extra three dollars for a drink then another customer came in and stole my food my deluxe box from the table in front of the employee and myself and left, and I had to discuss with the employee to get my box back or possibly get it replaced since a DoorDasher took my food and got my food and was greeted with don’t lose your food again by the employee I looked at them and said will try, but I can’t help it when someone takes my food in the atmosphere was just horrible. Got inside and they’re just blasting music in the back singing and acting like children and apparently this is not the only time this has happened with food, being disgusting or looked old or have been sitting for a while apparently there have been multiple complaints about the exact same thing
