Ordered ahead on the app for the drive through option. Got here a few minutes before the app said to. Only 1 car ahead of me in line. She must have ordered a family feast as I sat in line behind her for over 10 minutes. Needs to be either seperate lines for app orders or tell people to go park and bring the food. Long time to wait despite ordering ahead. Also $22 for a soup and a salad is wild.

I have been coming here since they opened at the old location next to Kohl’s. They have many seats available outside and inside, making it great for meetings or studying.

Overall decent experience but it really depends on the day that you go. Service is friendly but can be slow at times. Back of house doesn’t always seem to communicate with the front of house (ie if they run out of ingredients for the day). The Mediterranean grain bowl is a really great dish. Wife had the turkey bacon bravo which she seemed to like. Kids Mac and cheese is always reliable.

The Panera on Old St. Augustine Road is a nice new location with a great outdoor dining area. Ordering is easy via kiosk or human, and the food is always delicious. It’s a great value for the quality you get. A perfect, modern spot for a quick and tasty meal! Highly recommend the patio seating.

Went here on my lunch break for a buttered asaigo bagel and a soup that I paid 12 dollars for. They couldn’t even be bothered to wrap the bagel much less butter it. And for 12 dollars I could make a whole pot of soup. Trust me i won’t be coming back to panera anytime soon

My wife and I visit this location often. The food is great, but it’s always dirty. The tables are not clean. The floor is filthy and the dishes are always piling up. There should be a dining room cleaner at work all the time. I actually cleaned 5 tables with the wet wipes myself. Please keep the dining room clean at all times. It should be a requirement. Time of visit 4pm 11/5/2023

This location always messes up my orders. I know it’s a fast food chain, so I don’t expect much, but it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I order here. Missing dressings, wrong salads, missing brownies, chips, baguettes, utensils, there’s ALWAYS something
Support on the app is great and always compensates, but it doesn’t fix the frustration of wasting time or not getting what you actually ordered.
Today they forgot my baguette AGAIN, and when I went back, the guy was dismissive, didn’t even apologize, and looked at me like I was the one in the wrong for coming back. Then, when I finally sat down to eat, I realized they also forgot my chips and utensils, and after I had already spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line I ended up having to go to a gas station just to grab utensils
Really disappointing experience every time

After two bad experiences this week with the quality of my food I do not think I will be back to this location anytime soon. The strawberry poppyseed chicken salad that I received this evening had neither chicken nor strawberries, the wrong salad and was covered in pecan dust. Very disappointed.

My breakfast bagel was good. I got two drinks the lemonade blueberry soda it was nasty and tasted odd. The crème Brûlée crunch latte was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. It was also $17 for a bagel and two drinks.

The best Panera in town. There is a reason is always busy. I go there every day, and even though no one is perfect they always make it right to the customer. See some new face lately, hope they train with the current staff
