I normally wait till most of the rush is gone, but was there around 5:30 – 6:00 pm which was really busy. They appeared extremely busy and my order took longer than normal, but the lady cooking came out and sounding a little frustrated asked if she could change one of my burgers, which was fine by me. She made them which appeared to be specially made they were delicious and better than I expected. I guess her communicating what was wrong and me excepting that became a win / win. Burb! Pardon me.

I asked for a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge…and got barely any ice cream. Come on guys. It’s my “lady’s week,” I want a full sundae!!!!
Update: 2 weeks later I went back for another hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. The scoops of ice cream were fine, but there was barely ANY fudge. I asked them to add some, and they literally COVERED the ice cream in fudge. Like come on guys, you don’t have to be a smarta$$ about it. I asked for it at the drive through and I paid for it. Long story short, they ruined this sundae as well by melting the ice cream with hot fudge because they didn’t make it right the first time.

This place is super bomb. I just moved from California and I got to say that the quality of service and the food was outstanding!! The burger was better than in and out.. the meat and bacon were delicious tasted super fresh.. I got to enjoy a peppermint milkshake, delicious.. Not to mention the prices!! I could actually afford to feed my family!! I am thankful for this spot!! Definitely gonna bring everyone I know here for some good food!!! I’m excited to visit again!! Thank you for being awesome!!

This Braums is in Shawnee OK. Im writing this review because Ive never had such amazing customer service as I did at this Braums. We were in town for our high school team’s basketball game. Of course, the kids were hungry. We had both the boys and girls teams. The staff at this braums were friendly, fast and efficient. As we were leaving, they bid us a safe trip home. Every Braums in Oklahoma City Ive ever visited has employees with extremely ugly attitudes. I have a manager every now and then serving and they were always wonderful but the regular staff are just awful. Not at this Shawnee OK Braums! Id give them 100 stars if I could just because of their customer service.

I ordered 2 bags of burgers with no catch-up for my family and I. The order took awhile and … Every burger had catch-up on them. This meant that I could not eat any of the burgers. Also, it looks like no care taken when making the burgers. What took a piece out of this bun? Also, while I was there the cashier took 3 fries that was sitting on the counter for several minutes and put them back on the fry station to give to other customers.

The customer service during this visit was good. The dining areas was reasonably clean. The This Braum’s location offers burgers that are better than most of the other fast food restaurants. Braum’s raise their own herds for use in their restaurants. The beef tastes delicious and makes their burgers excellent. If that wasn’t enough they even bake their own buns. My wife and I don’t bother going elsewhere for burgers if their is a Braum’s anywhere close. Every time we do, it’s something we regret it and say to each other we should have gone to Braum’s.
