There wasn’t an option for 2 or 3 chicken strips, only 4 or 8. I’ve ordered them before with 2 or 3, and it was plenty to fill me up . The gravy didn’t have the same flavor as it usually does. It seemed diluted. The chicken had a great flavor as always but the pieces were smaller. I feel like it was the same amount of food but served as 4 small pieces rather than 2 or 3 regular size, so they could charge $3 more, $8.49 and I did not eat the fries because they looked like they had been sitting awhile.

Best fast food burgers in town hands down. But this location apparently doesn’t do anything for birthdays. Decided to treat myself on my 40th to one of their great burgers and found out that they don’t even offer a small vanilla cone on someone’s special day. Kind of a shame…

This is one of the cleanest dairy Queens I’ve ever seen. They are fast and efficient and I really love their service. They have lots of Frozen cakes for sale. I didn’t have to wait long for my orders which is very nice. Everyone worked well as a team they communicated very well.

This One worker was really disrespectful and was shit talking me to her coworkers by the way I’m a minor. I was going to the bathroom and she unlocked the door and came in on her phone and I was in the middle of peeing and I told her I’m in here going to the bathroom sorry and I said it really nicely too and She walked out and slammed the door and then was she talking to her coworkers and my boyfriend and friend was listening to her talk about me she was mad someone was in the bathroom when she had to go and didn’t even say sorry her name was Elena im pretty sure

Dairy Queen, Jadwin location has been my go to for years. Today, as I’m trying everything to get my old cat to eat anything, the cashier informed me that Dairy Queen has a pup cup which is a little bit of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. You can do either or for your pet or the combo as I did today. Originally, I was going to get a plain, mini vanilla blizzard which is under $5. Not only did my cat love the pup cup, but the cashier helped save me money since the pup cup is under $2 before tax. Thank you, Jadwin Dairy Queen staff for helping me make the twilight years for my cat specail!

The fries I ordered were the wrong size, stale and extremely cold. The burger I made on the app was custom, stale and also made incorrectly. Tried to reach out on the app to get a refund and had to answer tons of questions just to receive a reference number and that’s it… take your money elsewhere

Inconsistent. I usually order a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard with Oreo added. Sometimes it’s perfect but several times now I have received no Oreo and twice now I have had maybe a teaspoon or less of toppings. It’s upsetting to get nearly no toppings, just chocolate ice cream in my blizzard. The food on the other hand is usually good, just what you’d expect from dq.

Yes, it’s a fast food place but it is usually quite clean, the people are ALWAYS friendly, the prices are at least as reasonable as anywhere else and for fast food, it’s actually pretty good. We usually get the chicken strips and I have never had a bad one. The burgers are fine too. We also like that they keep onion rings on the menu because sometimes you just don’t feel like fries.
We’ve been there dozens of times and will go back any time we’re in the area and looking for a decent fast food meal in a clean and friendly place.
