Came here cause it was right next door to the hotel I was at. Got the barata and “prosciutto” as an appetizer. I quote prosciutto because it wasn’t. It was a thick slice of ham which was disappointing. I got the short rib and it was pretty good. We also got the halibut and the linguine and calm. The linguine and clams wasn’t the most flavorful. Wouldn’t recommend that one. The halibut was tasty and the short ribs were tasty. The food seemed a little pricey though for the actual taste of it. Unfortunately I probably wouldn’t return but just because I know I could get something just as good for a bit cheaper. Also, wouldn’t rec the Moscow mule. Might have been one of the worst I’ve had. Atmosphere was nice and the service was good!

My wife and I took our 3 teenage daughters as well as my mother in law to Oak & Almond for dinner last night. Our server, Rakesh, was great. He was very attentive to us and made sure to meet our food allergy concerns. The restaurant has a great farm to table vibe. Great for big gatherings and reasonably priced. We loved the fried calamari. My pan roasted snapper was cooked perfectly. My wife had the Ciopini and the sauce was fantastic.

Everything was delicious, came for my mother’s birthday and she was so happy. We had a range of appetizers including some specials, calamari, wings, mussels and everything was delicious. Entrees came out and everyone was happy. Cocktails are delicious and unique. Desert, so yum, second time here myself and we will be back very soon!
Update 3.24.25: Oak and Almond is a tried and true spot that I enjoy coming back to time and time again. The staff is always very welcoming, kind and attentive. First time enjoying dinner here was a little over a year ago for an anniversary. Since then returned for my mother’s birthday last year and today for a special birthday dinner for myself with the family. The food is consistently delicious and their specials are unique and it’s so hard to not order all of them. I appreciate that they are not only kid friendly but offer more than just one or two options for the kids. Their charred octopus comes out perfect each time. Also enjoy the branzino which I seem to need to have each time because it’s so good, it arrives on a bed of fresh Brussels sprouts, tomatoes and bacon. Today I was dreaming about a bolognese and they delivered. Picture below is a half portion, we didn’t even need to ask and it was offered to split our pasta. The fettuccine is house made, sauce is fresh and flavorful and the ricotta on the top is perfect. Deserts are also made in house. I enjoy sitting near the open kitchen and getting a peak at the magic.

friend booked reservations about a week ahead, we were all 5 of us seated promptly and comfortably and drink orders were taken right then and there which was great
(4/5 of us got the bottomless mimosas and my mother said it was truly like the glass was bottomless – somehow none of them ever waited for their refill)
we got the warm olives and brussel sprouts appetizers and for main course we had: salmon eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, the frittata, croque madam, and clam linguine

I was in town for work and someone recommended this place for dinner to me. I sat at the bar and Benny was the bartender. I got the soup of the day, it was a veggie soup (zucchini or squash purée with chicken stock). It was okay, nothing special. I got the branzino for dinner and it was very delicious! You could tell this place had regulars as they knew Benny by name and they came into to see him. My only feedback is to ask your guest how the food is. He did not ask me about my soup or entree, just to check in on the food.

First time back in a year and as we’d hoped this place is still a gem! We received a warm greeting on entry and once reservation was confirmed we were seated immediately. We ordered the oysters Rockefeller for appetizer and glass of the house Sauvignon blanc. For the main course, I chose the special pan seared cod fish over oven roasted veggies (cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, eggplant, zucchini, squash. My husband enjoyed the grass fed hamburger, cooked perfectly and that onion jam is just right on the burger as it plays nicely against the blue cheese and bacon.
We’ll be back, maybe we’ll try their brunch

Nice experience! Went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant has a beautiful patio. Make you forget that you right off of route 7. Great atmosphere and service.
Food was excellent.. delicious options. I got the special pasta with seafood. Huge portion… enough leftovers to have for dinner the next night.

We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant has several dining areas, bar, dining room and outside dining. For our meal I had the burger and my girlfriend had the lamb burger. Both of the burgers were cooked perfectly! The patties were thick and so delicious. We definitely loved our experience and we will be back to try their dinner menu.
