Great franchise location. Only complaint has nothing to do with outlet. I tried to order the Moby Jack online for lunch yesterday and the app site kept asking me to pick an option. It never did allow me to put my order in my bag. So I gave up and drove to site and ordered with no problem. I prefer to order online, so this was a little inconvenient. I assume this issue may be because the fish sandwich just became available for the Lenton season and will be remedied in the near future. Do wish the fish sandwich was available year round, but realize there may not be enough call for it to make it economically viable.
Also corporation has a couple of winners with their breakfast burritos. I think they should promote them a little more heavily. I work in construction and the guys I work with say they are better in most cases than breakfast burritos available from the street venders. Now that to me is significant.

I love Jack in the Box for their chicken sandwiches. They’re consistently perfect and look just like they do in the commercials , which is rare compared to other fast food places. The service is good too, nothing to complain about. They even ask if you need any sauce with your order, unlike many other places that just hand you your bag and rush you out. The overall experience is good and the chicken sandwiches are delicious .

The order is taking so long and the foods is not good, kind of over cooked. Couple of customer left without getting any service, nobody is in the cashier area. The homeless people just step in and get the drinks from the machine.

So I go to the drive-through I ordered 12 tacos and a southwest chicken salad. As a place my order I heard nothing on the other end of the drive-through server I politely asked did you get my order no answer I asked again and some young male said what you say and then once again when blank
So I decided to pull to the front drive-through window a female came to the window and I asked if she got my order she said what was your order there was no one in the drive-through but me!!!!!!
They took a long time to get my order and the chicken strips they’re on the salad are really tough and not even chewable . I would never go to that Jack-in-the-Box again as well as order a salad with chicken sandwich it was terrible!!!! they kept the drive-through window the whole time just talking a bunch of nonsense very unfriendly staff

I ordered a cheeseburger here. The place was as clean as you’d expect from a fast food joint. The burger was a good size and tasted great. I like the sauce they put in the burger as well.

Ordered a chicken pita combo and it was not as advertised. Cold with 1 small piece of lettuce along with cold fries. So upsetting to order dinner after a hard day’s work and receive such a poor prepared meal. The pita bread is literally hard as a fkn rock at the bottom. Yuck Feb 15th 8:20pm

I can’t believe the night crew made my food that fast. I got scared when they told me my food was done( when he opened the window i wasn’t paying attention.) All my food was there. This is the fastest I’ve seen this place been the only thing that sucks is the outside but I understand that Jack-in-the-Box can’t do anything about the homeless outside. Keep this night crew.
