This morning around 8:40 Am I went to have breakfast before order I wanted to use the bathroom and wash my hands the lady standing in the window didn’t allow me to use the bathroom and made an excuse and said the bathroom is not working lie a 24 hour McDonald with this poor service?
I think the bathroom was Okay she just thought I am just using a bathroom and no order which I think is very bad for such big business!
After that I went to Carls Jr they politely gave me the code for the bathroom and even punched the code for me I thank you Carls Jr and shame on McDonald they need to fix this and from now on I will never ever go to McDonald . Guys don’t use this McDonald at this location!

The staff are nice and understanding, but the wifi absolutely sucks. The app never works for me here. The food is consistent, and I never have any issues with my orders. The food might look a little sloppy, but it tastes good. I do like the flow of traffic. You can only come in one way and go out one way.

This location accepts EBT inside or in the drive thru and it just what one would expect from McDonalds. Super friendly helpful staff nice and clean inside. The food was served hot and fresh and very fast.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru to get a Double Quarter Pounder, that’s not my complaint. When I finally got it and drove to my next destination and after taking a bite, realized the paper that divides the patties was still in the burger which I almost consumed. I went all the way back to get a refund, waited another 20 minutes for that, asked for a free meal voucher and the employees just started speaking Spanish and acted like I hadn’t said anything. Didn’t have time to wait anymore so unless McDonald’s sends me a free meal voucher, I’ll never go back to this location and my review remains that this is the worst McDonald’s location to go to in Sacramento

The staff was great a few months ago. I haven’t seen the man in a while. I usually go to the drive-through, but I went inside yesterday Sept 3rd at 3 and the staff are mean. Don’t ask for things they forget. Apparently their mistakes are inconvenience to fix and I went in there nice. I was nice even after they were mean to me. I don’t want people spitting in my food. But these people need to go if you want good customer service. I will be going to the other one on Watt, even though it’s a little bit further but not much. I like nice people.

Have been coming here for years. Spend on average $30 a day for me and my family 7 days a week. Today I asked for a Mac sauce for my $12 order because it’s not available on the app. Wouldn’t give it to me without paying $0.50. No customer loyalty at all. They lost $900 a month for $0.50 one time. Insane. The manager here should be retrained.

Only one of the fast food order windows was opened. But overall it’s an ok place. Could give it a higher rating but they messed up on my mcchickens and give me a fish sandwich instead. Not cool. Luckily I’m not allergic to fish…or it would have been very bad news for McDonald’s.

With this fastfood place remodeled does make it look alot better then before. Still good food but do wish they bring back more of the “Value menu ” loved that section an made it affordable for those on a budget. But still not to costly going here. Plus added deserts helps. Easy sn wide entrance to the drive- tru afew exits an entrance this area where this is at does help since there are more fast food joints to get too as well for those who prefer something else.they keep up remodeling North Highlands restaurants of fast foods to make people feel more welcome cause this area really needs it. But I feel slowing but surely its happening.
