This McDonald’s was very nasty. It’s at 5:35 pm. Every table in the place was dirty. No one but the 3 of us in the dining area. Employees goofing off , had to wait before employee ever came over to take our order. Never no greeting. Trash cans were all full of trash. The restroom looked like it had never been cleaned during the day. I live 5 miles up the road and I will not return until things have changed. The price we paid for the 3 of us was not worth the money.

I’ve came to this location plenty. The staff have been nothing but helpful, kind, and respectful to me, but I will say I have seen them talk to other employees in a tense manner. None the less, If I have ever had an issue it was always handled properly, respectfully, and quickly. This is definitely the best mcdonalds I have ever been to. Thank you to those who work there:)

McDonald’s in Blountville suck! I think the moble app users that get the free food is the food that’s extremely OLD dry and hard as a brick! And you ask for ranch and honey mustard and they try to make you buy it! Like what does it do come out of your pocket?! Anyways The Food is trash I couldn’t even eat it it was so tough and hard smh ♀️

Pretty disappointing visit. My Big Mac was dried up, the fries were cold, and the service was really slow. It took at least 15 minutes to get our food. Definitely not what I expect from McDonald’s. Hope they can improve food quality and speed next time.

We eat or try to eat at this McDonald’s often bc it’s convenient but every time there is something wrong with the food. This time wasn’t any different. The Big Mac was not edible at all. The meat was burnt and looked very old. Complete waist of money This is the last time.

If I could I would give zero stars. Had 3 people in front of us to order and took 30 minutes to place our order. After placing our order for our food and waiting 49 minutes I asked the manager how much longer on our food. He went to check and said they didn’t place our order. I showed him the receipt where we ordered and we were going to be put at the end of the order list. So I asked for a refund which he refused to give me until I threatened to call the police. Then he decided to give me a refund with a very bad attitude. As we turned to leave another customer approached the manager for her money back because she sat waiting for an hour for her food after placing her order on line. When she finally got her food it wasn’t even what she ordered. By far worst experience I have ever had with any kind of customer service.

It’s fast food. Somedays the service is great others my dog could do better. Zero consistency, I only stop because of location making it convenient to make me lazy. I’m going to start posting pictures of the front consistently no tops on tea and flies floating in it. Young punks refuse to use table service for even the disabled people that come in and use it. They don’t call out numbers and food sits cold.

Fries and tenders were fresh. However, there was a long black hair in the bottom of my bag. They also put barely any Oreos in my McFlurry (ordered Oreo McFlurry with Xtra Oreos). People were nice. Bad food experience.
