I’ve begun to really dislike McDonald’s. Wait 10 min in a parking spot while numerous other cars behind us get their order. Then the wrong order (a smaller one than ours) is brought out. Then we get home and realize they can’t even fill a large fries up to the top, making it a medium fries, for the price of the large. And how do I get reimbursed for that? My 90-year-old mother asked me if we could get extra ketchup. I told her we will use our ketchup from home because it’s a miracle that these places even get the actual order correct. There is no pride in people’s work anymore.

The employees here make me wish for AI to take their jobs asap. The blonde lady was glued to her phone the entire time I waited for my order. The younger one looked miserable and it was reflected in her customer service.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s to go to and dine. I ordered a meal and it literally took 12 minutes before I noticed my meal wasn’t ready. I then proceed to ask for a refund. And it still took another eight minutes. Before asking for the refund, it seemed like nobody was working in the rear of the restaurant. Upon leaving the restaurant, I seen 3 workers returning back to work to Rear of the restaurant As the cashier was pretty good and seemed like he was really working to fill orders. But I was too frustrated to receive the meal. So I proceed to leave as the Cashier spoke to the three(3) employees seeming vert frustrated himself!. I will never, ever go to this McDonald’s restaurant again!!!.

I usually stop here for coffee, but today the experience was very disappointing. The coffee I received was of very poor quality. When I informed the staff, they simply said “this is the coffee,” and the manager also told me they couldn’t make a fresh one. Since I ordered online, I was told I wouldn’t get a refund either. They seemed to be avoiding the issue, and I’ve never experienced this level of ignorance at this McDonald’s before.

They can’t even feel your drink up properly or your French fries. Then when you walk inside the store you get this overwhelming stench of the grease trap or the bathrooms. Smelly cheap McDonald’s.

Useless place where employees are always busy yapping with their backs towards customers while the customers wait at the counter for service and the management doesn’t really cares. McDonald’s is the lowest brand of restaurants anyways where you go in for obesity and heart related disease later in your life

I ordered 2 meal with water n medium fries they forget to give me one fries and two bottle of water it was around 8 pm no customer no rush than also they took around 20 mins to give my order and also when I reach back home found items missing

I understand these employees get paid way less than what they actually deserve but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude to customers, apparently they do not know how to respond to a “thank you” or “please”, when I went to the first window to pay for my order I asked for my receipt and the lady hesitated on handing out the receipt, then I had to ask a second time and then she handed out my receipt along with 3 other receipts from the customers before me, and I just find that annoying and disrespectful in many ways. Then I went for the second window to get my food, I got my food and then asked the guy if I could get some barbecue sauce and he just stared at me but handed me the Sauce and then I said thank you and he did not say anything back which can sound childish from my part but this a business based on customer service. I do not recommend coming to this McDonald’s.
