I had placed a mobile order for pickup. When I had arrived, about 2pm, there were no cars in the parking lot or anybody in the lobby, so it was pretty slow. Someone greeted me on the speaker in the drive thru but informed me it was going to be a 45 minute wait with no further explanation. I told them I had a pick up order and they told me to pull around, and gave me my food. This was my first and last time at this location. I usually go to the Belleville one, but the wait time is outrageous. But the food from here was absolutely disgusting. We ordered 2 bacon burgers, but there was no bacon, theyre barely cooked all the way. I had a munchie box with curly fries and they were soggy and flimsy and barely cooked. Mind you, I ate in the parking lot. I dont know if the staff was low, the service was friendly, but im having trouble understanding why there would be a 45 minute wait and why the food was beyond terrible. Charged 30$ for the worst food ive ever received.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Came in to order for the second time I am told by the employees working that there only two people on shift and they cannot accept any order, I pull around front to see the same employees just sitting in their car doing nothing? The employees during the night shift are lazy and repeatedly deny customers so they can sit in their cars and smoke.

We visited this location at around 1 am. We wound up waiting in the drive through for about an hour before we finally got our food. It wasn’t busy, there were only 2 cars in front of us. To be totally honest, we would have just drove off had we not already ordered and paid in the app.
The food was like warm and we were given the wrong burger. Forget going to have them fix it. No way we were waiting any more time there. We were also told they were out of everything but root beer and fruit punch fanta so that was also disappointing. We typically love Jack in the box. We don’t have one near where we live so we usually find one when we leave St. Louis.

Got my order correct however it took about 15 minutes. It was a small uncomplicated order. They had 4 separate cars waiting near the front door. Didn’t seem to be in any hurry to fulfil orders.

Been here twice first time food was good just extremely slow and 2nd time today 10/19 came first at 1 am sat waiting to order for 20 mins til I drive away (3 cars behind me and 3 in front) as we pulled away and looked inside the cook was standing in the kitchen on his phone, we returned at 2:30 am when we pulled in all three workers were in one car smoking. Got to the intercom she stated just be a second I asked specifically how long because we had just waiting prior 20 mins she said 5 mins. 5 mins exact we order and pull forward then proceeded to wait another 5 mins for our food and order was completely wrong. Wrong sandwich and fries instead of mini tacos. This place needs to just be shut down.

It’s hit or miss when you order things without something, or fresh tacos, ordered some with no lettuce then got home none had lettuce or sauce. Sometimes they’re fresh and crispy and just right

They didnt make the orders right. Tacos and fries were old and very greasy. The burgers were cold and the sour dough bread was not toasted. There even was a LONG BLONDE HAIR in the 50/50 fries. Took 20 minutes to get my food after ordering. Drive thru person was rude. Tacos were so old they were stuck to the wrappers. Will never go back. Sent message (via their website) to corporate and haven’t heard back.

If you’re requesting condiments, please double check your bag. I requested ranch sauce and the drive-thru guy rang it up as it showed on the screen. When I got home, I realized they put a bunch of barbeque instead. Horrible service.

Jack is hit or miss. Because everyone at the table all said similar things, I feel this is an accurate description of this location. It comes down to the food is all microwaved and not fresh. Therefore, mushy sourdough toast or a sandwich that tasted pre made and not heated all the way through etc. Also, when I nicely asked for tomatoes for the chicken sandwich, no kidding, she turned her head and ROLLED her eyes. An epidemic with young fast food girls in this area. Maybe I should start being rude or self entitled when I ask or (“demand”) so they stop and act like someone getting paid to do nothing more than hand people their food. Last time we were here and had exceptional service. The guy came out to our table and told us how he moved here and started there etc. very friendly and the food was fresh and it made for a really nice experience. Maybe you could re hire him and get rid of the dead weight…?

Sat there for a half hour after ordering and didn’t get our food. Wanted to complain but workers were slow and careless. Barely any customers either. Ridiculous and ended up leaving before our food came out. Waste of time and money.
