From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast and lunch, we set out to handcraft meaningful meals that will leave you full, fulfilled, and inspired. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and to always hand-bread our chicken. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

Maple Street has easily became our new favorite stomping ground for breakfast. Last year in 2025 during our vacation we had researched different restaurants to try and this was a suggestion in Concord that never disappoints. Now, in 2026, living in Charlotte, this place still remains just as good. I have tried a little bit of everything. Chicken biscuit, sausage biscuit , power bowl, chicken and waffles, and cinnamon biscuits. Their caramel crunch toffee latte is great! Everything 10 out of 10. Hope this helps.

Decided to try this place because it’s so close to my house. In short, I’m a fan. It is a pretty pricey but def a solid breakfast choice. The line can get long depending on the time of day. Everything is pretty much self service. The bacon not pictured is bar far a must order.

I had saved this place in Google maps for months because of someone talking about how fantastic these biscuits are— we took the drive from Davidson, which wasn’t so bad. Many of you know that we have the Famous Toastery & there are folks that come from all over to eat & enjoy some time in our lovely college town.
Adrian, the manager of this Maple Street location in Concord was so nice and hospitable—we want to give him a little shout-out for taking such care of our order & making us feel so welcome!
My husband went with the Five and Dime, I did the classic crispy chicken. I also tried the biscuit smothered in gravy. We also added some plain waffles to try as well as some smashbrowns, bacon & eggs with the order. We were especially pleased with the fresh squeezed orange juice, and the coffee. Overall, we devoured everything and honestly, it felt like grandmother’s delicious cooking on a Sunday morning. It makes me want to go back and try their tacos.
For those of you that are going to make the trip—make sure you allow about 20 minutes in line & we took a seat at the community table because this place is popular!

I had a fantastic experience at Maple Street Biscuit Company this morning. Kanisha and Haneef provided truly exceptional customer service. It felt like they genuinely wanted to be there. Their warmth, attentiveness, and positive energy made the experience stand out from the moment I walked in.
The food was just as memorable. The waffle covered in sausage gravy that Haneef prepared was incredible, with a perfectly cooked egg and so much flavor. Between the outstanding service and the delicious meal, it set a great tone for the rest of my day. I’ll definitely be back.

Wow! I got the squawking goat and it was yummy. The goat cheese on it just melts on to the fried chicken and the chili sauce is sweet and tangy. Great combo. The cinnamon biscuits were absolutely devine. I got the maple vanilla coffee, and by far it is one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. Also Heidi was super friendly, patient, and helped with our decisions based on some of her favorites.

Abraham and Tanesha (hope I spelled it close) were both absolutely amazing and helpful on my first visit. I ordered several items to go to bring back to our crew staying at a hotel nearby and everyone absolutely loved everything. Even the presentation of it in to go boxes looked better than some local restaurants when they actually plate it for a sit down meal. Definitely a great first experience, and these days it always starts with great customer service.

The energy egg bowl was quite good. The staff were friendly however the ordering process was a bit confusing. The only signs I saw upon entering was a sign direction me to a carryout order section. It wasn’t clear where I was to order…do I seat myself or go up to a counter? There were “pickup here” signs but no “order here” signs that I saw. I was only one of two patrons in the restaurant so maybe it wouldn’t have been as confusing if I saw a line of people when entering. Also, there are no menus posted at the order desk; it took me a second to find a folder of paper menus at the counter. Overall very awkward ordering process and makes me not want to return. It’s a shame because the breakfast bowl was pretty good for the price paid.

We visit Maple Street frequently and the food is good. On our last visit Ty was amazing. Every time there was a need she was happy to assist. The table we were about to sit out hadn’t been wiped down and there was a lot of food on the floor. She saw the mess someone left and quickly cleaned it up and apologized. She was very attentive. Maple Street has a GREAT team member in her! We’ll come back just to experience her level of customer service.

I wouldn’t come back here or recommend it. There was not a lot of seating, people were unpleasantly yelling out names for orders in a way that ruined the atmosphere, the food did not come out as it stated on the menu, they had cold cheese on my breakfast taco and I had to ask for the extra toppings that should have already come with the food. My partner’s food seemed very uninteresting, unflavourful and basic. I’m giving 2 stars because the staff seemed very friendly and helpful, which was a highlight. This may not be the spot for us, however it was was very busy and had customers that seemed satisfied.

I swung by Maple Biscuit Company hoping for a quick but yummy breakfast. I was greeted right away and my order was taken quickly, so I expected a smooth visit. Instead, I waited eighteen minutes for a plain chicken biscuit with cold cheese and cold apple butter. For almost twelve dollars, it was disappointing. The biscuit itself lacked warmth and flavor, and even the chicken was bland, so the whole thing fell flat.
I love biscuits and have tried them many different ways, so I usually know what to expect. This experience fell short, and unfortunately I would not return.
