I ordered from the app. I picked up my order and opened my bag to a half wrapped burrito. It was placed and the bag which is unsanitary! If you guys didn’t have enough foil then maybe put the burrito in a bowl. If your establishment is half covering ppls food, I wonder what else they’re doing!!

I wish I could give this no stars. The queso was curdled and chunky, think almost Greek yogurt consistency, and half of the chips were not cooked through. The contents of the burrito were not mixed prior to folding, so every bite was the same until the next layer. Chipotle quality and taste have gone down hill.

First time at this location. The place was a mess. I actually had second thoughts ordering. My food wasn’t even hot. Probably worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. Hopefully I won’t get sick from food not served at appropriate temperature.

I bought a chicken bowl with rice, both beans, lettuce, corn, hot salsa and sour cream. I opened it up when I came home to see it filled with half lettuce, 1/4 sour cream. There was maybe half of a scoop of rice, a few beans, and a little bit of chicken. For 12 dollars I expect a good meal. I had to buy another meal afterwards due to the lack of quantity and asked for sour cream on the side. They charged an extra $1.65. I won’t be coming back here again.

Where should I start? The young lady taking and preparing orders was double masked, which made it difficult to make out what she was saying! She huffed puffed at us because we couldn’t make out what she was saying and kept asking her to repeat what she said. The meat dishes all looked dried out. As we made our way to the cashier, we could see a very dirty back counter. We grabbed our food and decided to dine in. The dinning room was messy! All of the tables had food on and under them, and also in the seats! One of the high seating areas has a dried up spilled drink under it. The drink station was beyond messy. I asked one of the workers if she could give me a rag to clean off the table. She didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. A lady who seemed to be a manager came out and asked her what I needed. She then instructed her to wipe off a table for me. One table? The entire dining room needed to be cleaned. The trash cans were overflowing I guarantee I won’t ever patronize this establishment again.

I do not suggest this place, I ordered 3 vegetarian bowls which came with 3 tortillas and chips, as shown in the photos. I didn’t mix guacamole, sour cream, and red sauce together in one bowl, and instead asked for them on the side because we were sharing the bowl with people who had differing tastes. Before, they did not mention anything about additional payment. Later, the cashier at Rhyale’s argued that we were charging extra for side. I can understand if it was already put in the bowls, but it was not added. I was not requesting anything additional. I requested for them to be added to a bowl, but they replied that they do not open them. After I paid the complete price for the bowl, I didn’t receive 1 guacamole, 1 sour cream, or 2 red sauce. Chipotle wouldn’t make sense without those ingredients. And from what I observed, they manipulate the entire receipt, as shown on the receipt. I advise against visiting this location. I had heard of this place previously, but while I was at Costco, I decided to give it another try. But that is no longer the case.

Almost 13 dollars for a steak quesadilla. 2 pieces with literally 2 small chunks of steak. So I basically got vegetable and cheese. I don’t normally leave a review however this is the 3rd time going here and all 3 experiences being the exact same. Absolutely zero meat.

The Chipotle here is excellent! The staff were extremely helpful and courteous to all of the customers that I’ve seen. For the price you pay, they give you quite the filling meal. I couldn’t even finish that massive burrito in one sitting!
Something I noticed is how the staff can keep such a cool composure even when some unruly customers demand unnecessary compensation.
For example, while I sat down and ate my burrito, some woman came bursting in and kept demanding for her “Chipotle Cheesesteak”. First of all, Chipotle doesn’t even serve cheesesteaks!
That one poor employee that was working the cash register at the time had to continuously state that they cannot serve that woman. I felt bad for that girl employee. For their $8-10 per hour pay, that’s quite the plate to deal with.

Burrito bowl leaked through the bag and all over my clothes despite being sealed. Bowl is made of paper and soaks through. I have no idea how they serve like this.
Also, not ever a smile from the workers and one was on her phone video chatting someone.
