It took a while for my scheduled pick up order, even though there was only one car other than me.
Additionally the bag contained no napkins, no mint, the onion rings weren’t filled all the way and there’s some mystery bits in my drink.
I recognized the boy bringing out my food, we had a bad exchange years ago before he worked here.
Even if you’ve had a bad experience with someone, they’re still a customer and human

There’s no sauce in my bag nor did I get onions on my burger. I also got a mystery white cheese? Uhm excuse me but what??

It does give an “old fashioned” drive up feel however, the staff (which consisted of younger group) seemingly with little to no real supervision, very very slow service, through the ordering system there were questions like “huh”, “what you say” and eventually had to get out of vehicle and go inside to check order status. Overall not a good experience and not likely to visit the location again.

Went today and waited quite a bit for the drive thru line to move. When it was my turn to order I waited 3 minutes to order. After I pulled around ( 2 cars ahead of me) I waited over 15 mins. Then I got to the window, the young man was busy laughing and joking with someone I didn’t see, he took my card towards the back of the restaurant out of my view. Then I waited over 5 minutes for my food. When I got the food the tots were room temp. Then when I got home and opened the coney there was almost no chili and the hot dog was burnt beyond recognition. Won’t be going back

There is a young man there his name is Brandon. He is the sweetest. My food is never sloppy always hot and it never looks like it’s thrown together. I’ve never had to circle around because something was missing or my order was wrong.

Worker mumbled through the entire drive thru order and we could hardly hear him. He wasn’t friendly and sounded like he’d rather be anywhere else. Our sodas were flat and gross and our food was just dumped into the bag. The popcorn chicken was upside down in the bag and all dumped out. Our kids meal was completely wrong too. We ordered chicken strips with fries and were given a corn dog with tater tots. Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Will not return.

This food was absolutely disgusting! $40 down the drain. Not to mention the workers had zero customer service skills. No interaction with us as we are paying. No one was wearing gloves when I got to the window. I ABSOLUTELY will not be back to this bland l, bad customer service having establishment. Zero’s all across the board!!! Oh and I forgot ALL of our food was cold..smh never again

Sonic is always good no matter what! Easily seen from the road with an easy in and easy out. Lots of parking available, with a quick drive thru. Food is hot, fresh and well prepared!

I downloaded Sonics app and signed up for their reward deals. And I immediately got a choice of reward items. I chose the deal that gave me free large tater tots with any $3 order. I purchased a large vanilla shake with oreos, topped with whip cream and a cherry . It was huge, thick, creamy and delicious. I pulled up to one of their outdoor stalls yo pick up my order and a very cheerful, young man quickly brought it out to me. It was a very good experience and I am a Sonic fan for life now. I will definitely be back for more milkshakes and trying out their other frozen drinks. They have a large variety of different drinks. I can’t wait to try them.

Everytime I order on the app, which gets you half off, I always have to remind them to get my food. They always clear the screen after some time and the app always shows my order complete 20 minutes before my food arrives. They always forget something and today I was shocked to see my full order.
Then I started eating the fries , all brown because they haven’t changed the oil. The fries were super salty and cold like they forgot they salted them the first time and did it again. They didn’t give me all the sauces and the fries were inedible without them.
The drink had a weird brown smear on it I ignored, u til the drink literally burned my throat (it tasted fine though). I went to go throw it away after it burned and I noticed the cup also had a weird brown smearing. Here is to hoping I don’t get sick!
